Open-label Study of Safety, Tolerability, Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics of Auriхim

LymphomaNon-Hodgkin2 more

This is an open-label study of safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of Auriхim multiple doses in patients with recurrent/ refractory В-cell, CD20-positive non-Hodgkin lymphoma of low tumor grade or with follicular lymphoma, as well as in patients non-treated before for В-cell, CD20-positive non-Hodgkin lymphoma of low tumor grade. The study will be carried out in 4-6 Russian and Belarussian sites. The study will be consisted of screening period, induction (obligatory) phase and supporting (non-obligatory) phase of the investigational therapy and post-treatment follow-up period.

A Pharmacokinetic Study of Subcutaneous and Intravenous Rituximab in Participants With Follicular...

LymphomaFollicular

This 2 stage study will compare the pharmacokinetics and safety profile of subcutaneous and intravenous rituximab in participants with follicular lymphoma. In the first stage, participants who have achieved at least a partial response after induction treatment with intravenous rituximab will be randomized to one of 3 treatment cohorts, to receive rituximab 375 milligram per square meter (mg/m^2) intravenously, 375 mg/m^2 subcutaneously or 625 mg/m^2 subcutaneously, and pharmacokinetics evaluated on an ongoing basis. Upon selection of the subcutaneous dose (800 mg/m^2) which results in rituximab trough plasma concentration (C trough) values comparable to those achieved with the intravenous formulation, participants in the second stage of the study will be randomized to receive either the subcutaneous or intravenous formulation to demonstrate comparability of the C trough levels with both routes of administration. Maintenance therapy will continue every 2 or 3 months with the subcutaneous formulation.

Study of Akt Inhibitor MK2206 in Patients With Relapsed Lymphoma

Adult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell LymphomaAnaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma34 more

This phase II clinical trial studies how well Akt inhibitor MK2206 works in treating patients with relapsed lymphoma. Akt inhibitor MK2206 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

GP2013 in the Treatment of Patients With Previously Untreated, Advanced Stage Follicular Lymphoma...

Follicular Lymphoma

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate comparability of the ORR in patients with previously untreated, advanced stage FL who receive GP2013-treatment to patients who receive MabThera-treatment.

Safety and Efficacy Study of Idelalisib (GS-1101, CAL-101) in Patients With Previously Treated Low-grade...

Indolent Non-Hodgkin's LymphomaFollicular Lymphoma2 more

The primary objectives of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of idelalisib (GS-1101, CAL-101) in participants with previously treated indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma (iNHL). Eligible patients will initiate oral therapy with idelalisib at a starting dose of 150 mg twice per day. Treatment with idelalisib can continue in compliant participants for up to twelve 28-day cycles of idelalisib. Participants who appear to be benefiting from treatment at the completion of 12 cycles of treatment with idelalisib may be eligible for participation in a long-term safety extension study of idelalisib.

A Study of MabThera/Rituxan (Rituximab) in Patients With Non-Bulky Follicular Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma...

Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of MabThera/Rituxan (rituximab) in treatment-naive patients with non-bulky follicular non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. The anticipated time on study treatment is 3 months.

RO4929097 and Capecitabine in Treating Patients With Refractory Solid Tumors

Adult Grade III Lymphomatoid GranulomatosisAdult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell Lymphoma85 more

This phase I clinical trial is studying the side effects and best dose of RO4929097 when given together with capecitabine in treating patients with refractory solid tumors. RO4929097 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving RO4929097 together with chemotherapy may kill more tumor cells.

Immunochemotherapy, Zevalin, and Bone Marrow Transplant for Follicular Lymphoma

Follicular Lymphoma

Follicular lymphoma has historically been considered an incurable lymphoma. By combining multiple effective treatments, the investigators believe that prolonged disease-free survival is achievable in this disease. The investigators goal is to have at least 60-70% of our patients in first continuous complete remission 15 years from initiation of treatment.
