Non Hodgkin Lymphoman this study, approximately 30 patients with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) were recruited for a single reinfusion of IM19-CD28 and IM19-41BB CAR-T cells. Assess the safety, tolerability of treatment, and initially observe the efficacy.

LymphomaRATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as gemcitabine hydrochloride, oxaliplatin, and , work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, can block cancer cell growth in different ways. Some block the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Others find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. Lenalidomide may stop the growth of non-Hodgkin lymphoma by blocking blood flow to the cancer. Giving rituximab and chemotherapy together with lenalidomide may kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying how well giving rituximab, gemcitabine hydrochloride, and oxaliplatin together with lenalidomide works in treating patients with relapsed or refractory, aggressive non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
