Testing Crizotinib as a Potential Targeted Treatment in Cancers With ALK Genetic Changes (MATCH-Subprotocol...
Advanced LymphomaAdvanced Malignant Solid Neoplasm4 moreThis phase II MATCH treatment trial identifies the effects of crizotinib in patients whose cancer has a genetic change called ALK rearrangement. Crizotinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking the ALK protein which may be needed for cell growth. Researchers hope to learn if crizotinib will shrink this type of cancer or stop its growth.
Testing VS-6063 (Defactinib) as a Potential Targeted Treatment in Cancers With NF2 Genetic Changes...
Advanced LymphomaAdvanced Malignant Solid Neoplasm4 moreThis phase II MATCH treatment trial identifies the effects of VS-6063 (defactinib) in patients whose cancer has a genetic change called NF2 mutation. Defactinib may block a protein called FAK, which may be needed for cancer cell growth when NF2 mutations are present. Researchers hope to learn if defactinib will shrink this type of cancer or stop its growth.

Advanced LymphomaAdvanced Malignant Solid Neoplasm4 moreThis phase II MATCH treatment trial identifies the effects of trametinib in patients whose cancer has genetic changes called GNAQ or GNA11 mutations. Trametinib may block proteins called MEK1 and MEK2, which may be needed for cancer cell growth when GNAQ or GNA11 mutations are present. Researchers hope to learn if trametinib will shrink this type of cancer or stop its growth.

Follicular LymphomaMarginal Zone LymphomaThis is a Phase 3 double-blind, placebo-controlled, randomized study designed to investigate whether tafasitamab and lenalidomide as an add-on to rituximab provides improved clinical benefit compared with lenalidomide as an add-on to rituximab in patients with R/R FL Grade 1 to 3a or R/R MZL.
Evaluation of the Relationship Between Anti-PD-1 Exposure and Tumour VOLUME in Patients Treated...
Hodgkin LymphomaAnti-PD-1antibodies (iPD-1) are indicated as monotherapy in the treatment of adult patients with classical LH. The recommended dosage in LH is based on solid tumour experience and no dose-concentration-effect studies have been conducted. According to the literature, therapeutic efficacy appears to be highly variable, and could be related to differences in treatment exposure. Since Total metabolic tumor volume (TMTV) is a prognostic factor in LH and the clearance of iPD-1, and thus exposure to iPD-1, is related to clinical efficacy, we hypothesize that TMTV influences the exposure to iPD-1 and thus its therapeutic efficacy. The aim of this study is to evaluate the relationship between TMTV and anti-PD-1 exposure in refractory or relapsed LH.

Relapsed/Refractory Peripheral T-Cell LymphomaAdult T Cell Leukemia/LymphomaThis study will characterize the safety and clinical benefit of valemetostat tosylate in participants with relapsed/refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma, including relapsed/refractory adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma.
Frontline Treatment of Follicular Lymphoma With AtezolizUmab and Obinutuzumab With and Without RadiOtherapy...
Follicular LymphomaThis single-arm phase II interventional study aims to assess disease response to, and toxicity of, a combination of obinutuzumab and atezolizumab, with or without radiotherapy, in treatment naive Follicular Lymphoma. The study will involve an induction phase and a maintenance phase for responding participants, for up to 24 months. Response to treatment will be monitored using medical imaging and clinical assessment.
AZD4573 as Monotherapy or in Combinations With Anti-cancer Agents in Patients With r/r PTCL or r/r...
Relapsed/Refractory Peripheral T-cell LymphomaRelapsed/Refractory Classical Hodgkins LymphomaThis is a modular dose confirmation and expansion study. The core study design is to assess the efficacy of AZD4573, administered as monotherapy or combination therapy, to participants with either r/r PTCL or r/r cHL and to confirm the safety profiles and PK in these populations. Module 1 of this study will evaluate the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of AZD4573 monotherapy in participants with r/r PTCL or r/r cHL. If AZD4573 monotherapy is found to have promising anti-tumour efficacy in Module 1, an AZD4573 monotherapy Phase II expansion may be added via a substantial protocol amendment.
