Solid TumorAdult4 more

The purpose of this first-in-human study of CX-2029 is to characterize the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), pharmacodynamics (PD) and antitumor activity of CX-2029 in adult subjects with metastatic or locally advanced unresectable solid tumors or diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The antitumor activity of CX-2029 will be evaluated in subjects with head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), DLBCL, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) (squamous cell histology only), or esophageal (esophageal adenocarcinoma [EAC], esophageal squamous cell carcinoma [ESCC], or gastroesophageal [GE] junction) cancer. Study of Ixazomib and Romidepsin in Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma (PTCL)

LymphomaT-Cell1 more

Single arm phase I/II study of ixazomib and romidepsin in relapsed/refractory PTCL. Each cycle is 28 days. Patients will continue to receive therapy until progressive disease, unacceptable toxicity, or if any other withdrawal criteria are met. The phase I study includes three dose levels. The phase II study will include treatment with ixazomib and romidepsin at the MTD established in the Phase I study.

Pembrolizumab and Combination Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Hodgkin...

Lymphocyte-Rich Classical Hodgkin LymphomaRecurrent Lymphocyte-Depleted Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma5 more

The purpose of this research study is to evaluate a new drug Pembrolizumab in combination with chemotherapy, for Relapsed/Refractory Hodgkin Lymphoma. The chemotherapy regimen is called "ICE" and includes three drugs: ifosfamide, carboplatin, and etoposide. Pembrolizumab is currently Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved for the treatment of some patients with melanoma, lung cancer and head and neck cancer, but has not yet been approved for the treatment of Relapsed/Refractory Hodgkin Lymphoma. The 'ICE' regimen of chemotherapy is currently FDA approved for the treatment of Relapsed/Refractory Hodgkin Lymphoma, but has not yet been investigated in combination with pembrolizumab for this disease. For patients who have a relapse of their Hodgkin's lymphoma, retreatment with chemotherapy followed by a stem cell transplant is recommended. We know that obtaining a complete remission (not able to detect any disease on scans) is very important prior to proceeding to the stem cell transplant. Patients with negative scans have a lower chance of the disease coming back and a higher chance of achieving a long-term cure.

Brentuximab Vedotin and Combination Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With CD30-Positive Peripheral...

Adult T-Cell Leukemia/LymphomaAnaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma12 more

This phase II trial studies the side effects and how well brentuximab vedotin and combination chemotherapy work in treating patients with CD30-positive peripheral T-cell lymphoma. Brentuximab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody, brentuximab, linked to a toxic agent called vedotin. Brentuximab attaches to CD30 positive cancer cells in a targeted way and delivers vedotin to kill them. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, etoposide, and prednisone work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving brentuximab vedotin and combination chemotherapy may work better in treating patients with CD30-positive peripheral T-cell lymphoma.
