Lymphoma Non-HodgkinAgressive Lymphoma1 more

This is a Phase 1, first-in-human, open-label, multicenter study of CC-97540, CD19-targeted NEX-T chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells, in subjects with relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The study will consist of 2 parts: dose-escalation (Part A) and dose-expansion (Part B). The dose-escalation part (Part A) of the study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of increasing dose levels of CC-97540 to establish a recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D); and the dose-expansion part (Part B) of the study is to further evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics/pharmacodynamics, and efficacy of CC-97540 at the RP2D.

A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of Polatuzumab Vedotin in Combination With Rituximab,...

Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma

This study is a multicenter, open-label study of polatuzumab vedotin administered by intravenous (IV) infusion in combination with rituximab, gemcitabine and oxaliplatin (R-GemOx) in participants with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). The study comprises of two stages: a safety run-in stage and a randomized controlled trial (RCT).

Nivolumab Consolidation in Older (≥ 65) Patients With Primary CNS Lymphoma

Brain and Nervous SystemEye and Orbit

The primary objective of Stage 1 is to evaluate the safety of nivolumab consolidation after completion of HD-MTX containing induction chemotherapy in older subjects with PCNSL in terms of a tolerated dose (based on dose-limiting toxicities) for the expansion phase of the study (Stage 2).The primary objective of Stage 2 is to evaluate the efficacy of nivolumab consolidation after completion of HD-MTX containing induction chemotherapy in terms of the 2-year progression-free survival rate and compare to relevant historical controls

Abexinostat and Ibrutinib in Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma and Mantle Cell Lymphoma

Diffuse Large B-cell LymphomaMantle Cell Lymphoma

The purpose of this study is to test the safety of abexinostat at different doses to find out if it can work with ibrutinib to stop the cancer from growing.

Intermittent Duvelisib Dosing in Treating Patients With Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia or Small Lymphocytic...

Recurrent Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaRecurrent Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma2 more

This phase II trial studies how well duvelisib on an intermittent (irregular) dosing schedule works in treating patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or small lymphocytic lymphoma. Duvelisib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving duvelisib on an intermittent schedule may result in similar effectiveness with less amount of severe side effects.

A Study of Brentuximab Vedotin Treatment in Chinese Adults With CD30-Positive Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma...

T-Cell Lymphoma

The main aim is to check the long-term side effects of treatment with Brentuximab Vedotin and to see if that treatment improves symptoms of cluster of differentiation antigen 30 (CD30-Positive) Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma in Chinese adults. Participants will receive brentuximab vedotin through the vein on day 1 of each 21 day cycle up to maximum 16 cycles.
