Breast Implant-Associated Anaplastic Large Cell LymphomaCapsular Contracture2 more

BASILICA is a UK NIHR Biomedical Research Centre funded study recruiting patients at The Royal Marsden NHS Foundation Trust. The study aims to obtain blood and tissue samples from patients with breast implant-associated anaplastic large cell lymphoma (BIA-ALCL), capsular contracture and implant-naïve patients undergoing primary implant insertion surgery for translational scientific analysis.

A Registry for People With T-cell Lymphoma

T-cell LymphomaNK-Cell Lymphoma35 more

The purpose of this registry study is to create a database-a collection of information-for better understanding T-cell lymphoma. Researchers will use the information from this database to learn more about how to improve outcomes for people with T-cell lymphoma.

Primary Mediastinal Large B-cell Lymphoma With CNS Involvement

Primary Mediastinal Large B-cell Lymphoma (PMBCL)

retrospective study focused on patients with a known diagnosis of PMLBCL which experienced a CNS relapse during the course of their disease to obtain information about the clinical characteristics, the management at diagnosis and at each relapses , and the outcome of these cases. The aim of the study is to put together the large International series on CNS+ PMLBCL data, coming from 6 different countries , on clinical factors, anti-lymphoma therapy administered alone or concomitant with CNS prophylaxis , the information about the site of re biopsy when available , the dose intensity of lymphoma therapy received at relapse and the outcome of patients. Both patients treated in routine practice or within clinical trials will be considered. Moreover to better characterized the pathological features of this rare entity a central pathological review of the initial diagnosis and when available of for histological confirmed relapse will be considered.

Role of the Gut Microbiome in the Outcome of Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma Patients Treated With...

Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma

Despite impressive outcomes in selected patients, significant heterogeneity in clinical response to CAR-T cell therapy remains. The gut microbiome (GM) has recently emerged as one of the key modifiable factors of prognosis and response to treatment in cancer patients, with high-diversity profiles rich in health-associated taxa while poor in pathobionts generally associated with better response and longer survival. Currently, it is unknown if GM also modulates anti-tumor responses to CAR-T cells and related toxicities in lymphomas.

Collecting Blood and Tissue Sample Donations for Research for HIV/AIDS-Related Cancers

Anal CarcinomaHematopoietic and Lymphoid Cell Neoplasm10 more

This study collects blood and tissue samples for research of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)/acquired immunodeficiency syndrome (AIDS)-related cancers. Collecting blood and tissue samples and studying biomarkers in the laboratory may help doctors to learn how are biologic or genetic factors related to HIV and cancers that occur commonly in people living with HIV.

Cell-free Tumor DNA as Minimal Residual Disease in Hodgkin Lymphoma Patients

Hodgkin Lymphoma

Molecular analysis identifies residual disease by overcoming the sensitivity of imaging methods and therefore has the potential for integrating with therapy provided by FDG-PET alone. It is a well known fact that tumor DNA circulating in plasma (ctDNA) reflects the mutational profile of tumor cells and can be used to non-invasively detect specific mutations of Hodgkin's lymphoma without the need for microdissecting the histological sample.

Clinical Cohort of Lymphoma Patients in Malawi

LymphomaHematologic Malignancies

This registry study is intended to establish a large prospective longitudinal clinical cohort of lymphoma patients in Malawi, as such data is currently lacking from sub-Saharan Africa. The investigators will perform core biopsies on at least 800 consecutively enrolled patients with suspected lymphoma for accurate histopathologic characterization. The investigators will systematically collect relevant clinical and laboratory data, and longitudinally follow those with confirmed hematologic malignancies receiving treatment according to local standards of care to assess outcomes.

Brazilian Network for Lymphoma Registry

Lymphoma

Currently there are no official data concerning incidence, progression and prognosis of patients with lymphoma in Brazil. This project aims the establishment of a network of 12 Brazilian Institutions to implement a Lymphoma Registry (RELINFO) with the Brazilian National Cancer Institute (INCA) as the Coordinating Center. We intend to develop and implement a computerized system for data entry and information management of patients with lymphomas. This will enable create a virtual registry of demographic, clinical, epidemiological, histopathological, molecular, and therapeutic data. This clinical record must be linked to histopathological and molecular diagnosis, allowing institutions that work in the context of the public health system have access to new technologies for early cancer diagnosis. We expect is that this record reliably portrays the scene of lymphomas in our state and will become a management model that can be replicated at the national level. Thus, the implementation of RELINFO will strengthen the multidisciplinary diagnosis, promote the standardization of clinical record of patients with lymphomas and provide subsidies to cooperative research projects between participating institutions.
