Cardiovascular Events Among Adults Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Aggressive B-Cell Lymphoma...

Recurrent Aggressive B-Cell Non-Hodgkin LymphomaRecurrent Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma8 more

This study characterizes cardiac events following standard of care chimeric antigen receptor T cell therapy in patients with aggressive B-Cell Lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). The results from this study may allow a description of these events, their managements and outcome.

The primary purpose of the study is to investigate the incidence of adverse drug reactions (ADRs) (ADR of special interest: capillary leak syndrome, infusion reaction, rhabdomyolysis, myelosuppression, infection, hepatic dysfunction, visual impairment/color blindness, ischemic heart disease/arrhythmia/cardiac failure, and severe skin disorders).

Understanding the Risk of Blood Clots and Bleeding in Patients With Hematological Malignancies,...

Acute LeukemiaDeep Vein Thrombosis6 more

This study evaluates the risks and experience of blood clots and bleeding in patients with blood cancers. While it is standard of care to use medications to reduce the risk of blood clots in hospitalized individuals, some patients with blood cancers have low platelet counts that can increase the concern for bleeding complications associated with these medications. At this time, the optimal management strategies for blood clots are not well known for patients with blood cancers. This pilot study evaluates additional information that could help doctors know which patients are at highest risk for blood clots.

Recommendations for the Treatment of Children With Burkitt's Lymphoma

Burkitt Lymphoma

This is the 4th LMB study by the French African Pediatric Oncology Group (GFAOP). The study hopes to be able to evaluate children earlier with stage I and II disease and to evaluate treatment response earlier so that the units can decide if a change in treatment is necessary, it is also hoped to provide an intensification of treatment for the stage IV disease.

Signatures of Response and Resistance to Mosunetuzomab in Follicular Lymphomas (FL)

Follicular Lymphoma

Mosunetuzumab is a T-cell bispecific antibody targeting CD20 and CD3 aiming to redirect T cells to engage and eliminate malignant B cells. Bispecific antibodies (BsAb) are a promising treatment option which can induce long-term responses in refractory and relapsed B cell lymphoma patients. However, the factors determining the quality and duration of responses are poorly understood.

Familial Investigations of Childhood Cancer Predisposition

NOTE: This is a research study and is not meant to be a substitute for clinical genetic testing. Families may never receive results from the study or may receive results many years from the time they enroll. If you are interested in clinical testing please consider seeing a local genetic counselor or other genetics professional. If you have already had clinical genetic testing and meet eligibility criteria for this study as shown in the Eligibility Section, you may enroll regardless of the results of your clinical genetic testing. While it is well recognized that hereditary factors contribute to the development of a subset of human cancers, the cause for many cancers remains unknown. The application of next generation sequencing (NGS) technologies has expanded knowledge in the field of hereditary cancer predisposition. Currently, more than 100 cancer predisposing genes have been identified, and it is now estimated that approximately 10% of all cancer patients have an underlying genetic predisposition. The purpose of this protocol is to identify novel cancer predisposing genes and/or genetic variants. For this study, the investigators will establish a Data Registry linked to a Repository of biological samples. Health information, blood samples and occasionally leftover tumor samples will be collected from individuals with familial cancer. The investigators will use NGS approaches to find changes in genes that may be important in the development of familial cancer. The information gained from this study may provide new and better ways to diagnose and care for people with hereditary cancer. PRIMARY OBJECTIVE: Establish a registry of families with clustering of cancer in which clinical data are linked to a repository of cryopreserved blood cells, germline DNA, and tumor tissues from the proband and other family members. SECONDARY OBJECTIVE: Identify novel cancer predisposing genes and/or genetic variants in families with clustering of cancer for which the underlying genetic basis is unknown.

Prospective Cohort Study for Lymphoma: Samsung Lymphoma Cohort Study III

LymphomaNon-Hodgkin2 more

This prospective study enrolls patients who are diagnosed with aggressive lymphoma including Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphomas. Enrolled patients will be treated according to our institution' treatment policy in clinical practice. The disease status including response to therapy and survival status will be regularly updated during the study period. Patients' serum and cell-free DNA will be collected and analyzed.
