The purpose of this study is to determine the optimal dose of Campath for patients with relapsing or refractory (failed standard therapy) non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. The study will also evaluate the safety of the drug and whether it is effective in treating these patients.

Phase I/II trial to study the effectiveness of combining interleukin-12 with interleukin-2 in treating patients who have mycosis fungoides. Biological therapies, such as interleukin-12 and interleukin-2, use different ways to stimulate the immune system and stop cancer cells from growing. Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of combining thalidomide with interferon alfa in treating patients who have relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Thalidomide may stop the growth of cancer by stopping blood flow to the tumor. Interferon alfa may interfere with the growth of cancer cells. Combining thalidomide with interferon alfa may kill more tumor cells

RATIONALE: Interleukin-2 may stimulate a person's white blood cells to kill cancer cells. Filgrastim and stem cell factor may increase the number of immune cells found in bone marrow or peripheral blood and may help a person's immune system recover from the side effects of cancer therapy. Peripheral stem cell transplantation may be able to replace immune cells that were destroyed by therapy used to kill cancer cells. PURPOSE: Phase I trial to study the effectiveness of interleukin-2 and stem cell factor following peripheral stem cell transplantation in treating patients who have non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, Hodgkin's disease, or advanced breast cancer.

RATIONALE: Bone marrow from donors may be able to treat patients with severe aplastic anemia and patients whose bodies have rejected previous bone marrow transplantation. PURPOSE: Phase II trial to study the effectiveness of bone marrow transplantation in treating patients who have severe aplastic anemia or whose bodies have rejected previous bone marrow transplant.

Current therapies for Refractory or Recurrent Intermediate-Grade Stage II - IV Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma provide very limited benefit to the patient. The anti-cancer properties of Antineoplaston therapy suggest that it may prove beneficial in the treatment of Refractory or Recurrent Intermediate-Grade Stage II - IV Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma. PURPOSE: This study is being performed to determine the effects (good and bad) that Antineoplaston therapy has on patients with Refractory or Recurrent Intermediate-Grade Stage II - IV Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma.

PURPOSE: This study is being performed to determine the effects (good and bad) that Antineoplaston therapy has on patients with Refractory or Recurrent High-Grade Stage II - IV Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma.

RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy use different ways to stop cancer cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying temozolomide to see how well it works in treating patients with mycosis fungoides or Sezary syndrome that has not responded to previous treatment.

This study evaluates the addition of Atezolizumab to current therapy of Rituximab, Gemcitabine and Oxaliplatin (R-GemOx) for patients with relapsed or refractory Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL) that are not candidates for high-dose therapy. All patients will receive one cycle of R-GemOx. Three quarters of patients (Arm B) will go on to have a further 5 cycles (every 14 days) of R-GemOx with Atezolizumab, with one quarter of patients (Arm A) continuing with 5 cycles of R-GemOx. The patients in Arm B will continue to have Atezolizumab every 21 days for 8 cycles whilst Arm A patients will enter an observational phase during this time. Follow up will begin at 12 months from initial treatment until month 32.

This is a non-randomized, single arm, open-label, single institution, phase I study to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of ET190L1 ARTEMIS™ T cells in patients ≥ 18 years of age with relapsed or refractory CD19+ Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
