Follicular LymphomaLymphoma2 more

This Phase Ib/II, open-label, multicenter, non-randomized, dose-escalation study will evaluate the safety, efficacy, and pharmacokinetics of obinutuzumab in combination with idasanutlin and venetoclax in participants with R/R FL and obinutuzumab or rituximab in combination with idasanutlin and venetoclax in participants with R/R DLBCL. The study will include an initial dose-escalation phase followed by an expansion phase. The dose-escalation phase is designed to determine the recommended phase II doses (RP2Ds) and regimen for idasanutlin and venetoclax in combination with obinutuzumab for FL participants and in combination with rituximab for DLBCL participants.

Immune Responses to COVID-19 Vaccination in Lymphoma Patients

Classical Hodgkin LymphomaDiffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma11 more

This prospective observational study aims to evaluate the robustness and persistence of immune responses to vaccination, define factors associated with impaired immune responses and assess the incidence of COVID-19 infections in vaccinated individuals. To do this, we will collect peripheral blood from patients with lymphoid cancers before and after their COVID-19 vaccination. The blood will be explored in the laboratory for antibodies to SARS-CoV-2 and T-cell responses to the spike protein. Detailed clinical information will also be collated on about their cancer and treatment.

Clinical Trial of Ublituximab and Umbralisib With CHOP (U2-CHOP) Followed by U2 Maintenance (U2-CHOP-U2)...

Mantle Cell Lymphoma

This is a single arm, multi-center, open label Phase Ib/II trial in adult patients with newly diagnosed Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL)(Stage II-IV). The Diagnosis of MCL (Stage II, III, IV) is supported by histology and over expression of cyclin D1 or by FISH (fluorescent in situ hybridization). In the proposed study, the primary endpoint is to estimate the biological response rate of the combination of Umbralisib at dose 800 mg with Ublituximab (900mg)-Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, Vincristine and Prednisone (CHOP), but a phase Ib portion with dose de-escalation at two does level (800 and 600 mg) will be built in to further confirm its safety and tolerability. Treatment will be administered on an outpatient basis in 3-week (21 day) cycles. Once Umbralisib dose is defined in phase Ib, the study will expand to phase II portion after SMC/DSMB (Safety monitoring committee/Data Safety Monitoring Committee) agreement.

A Phase 1/2a Study of CDK-003 in Patients With Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma (CTCL).

Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma (CTCL)

This is a Phase 1, dose escalation study to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic effects of CDK-003. The study is performed in two parts: Part A is a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled, single ascending dose study of CDK-003 in healthy adult male participants, and Part B is a single arm, open-label, multiple ascending dose in patient-participants with CTCL. Dose escalation in the study will only occur after satisfactory review of all available predefined data by the Safety Review Committee. Part A is complete and this entry describes Part B only.
