Study With Rituximab-Gemcitabine/Oxaliplatin in Relapsed Indolent Lymphoma

Indolent Lymphoma

The purpose of the phase I part is to determine the tolerability, the initial safety profile and maximum tolerated dose of oxaliplatin in combination with gemcitabine for indolent lymphoma. In the phase II part the investigators want to estimate the activity of gemcitabine and oxaliplatin in combination with rituximab for patients with relapsed/refractory indolent lymphoma.

Rituximab and Oblimersen in Treating Patients With Stage II, Stage III, or Stage IV Follicular Non-Hodgkin's...

Stage III Grade 1 Follicular LymphomaStage III Grade 2 Follicular Lymphoma4 more

Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, can block cancer growth in different ways. Some block the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Others find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. Oblimersen may help rituximab work better by making cancer cells more sensitive to the drug. This phase II trial is studying how well giving rituximab together with oblimersen works in treating patients with stage II, stage III, or stage IV follicular non-Hodgkin's lymphoma

Sodium Stibogluconate and Interferon in Treating Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors, Lymphoma,...

Cancer

RATIONALE: Sodium stibogluconate may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Interferon may interfere with the growth of cancer cells. Giving sodium stibogluconate together with interferon may kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of sodium stibogluconate when given together with interferon in treating patients with advanced solid tumors, lymphoma, or myeloma.

Yt90 Zevalin and Combination Chemotherapy (Z-CHOP)in Treating Patients With Stage II, Stage III,...

Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma

The purpose of this study is to determine whether the treatment of Yt90 Zevalin in combination with CHOP (cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisolone)are effective as first line treatment in patients with bulky stage II or stage III or IV diffuse large B-cell lymphoma

A Phase II Clinical Trial of PXD101 in Patients With Recurrent or Refractory Cutaneous and Peripheral...

Cutaneous T-Cell LymphomaPeripheral T-Cell Lymphoma1 more

Open-label, non-randomized trial to assess the effectiveness of PXD101 in patients with recurrent or refractory cutaneous or peripheral and other types of T-cell lymphomas. PXD101 is a new, potent histone deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor. Patients are treated with belinostat(PXD101) 1000 mg/m2 on days 1-5 of a 21 day cycle.

Donor Stem Cell Transplant or Donor White Blood Cell Infusions in Treating Patients With Hematologic...

Chronic Myeloproliferative DisordersLeukemia5 more

RATIONALE: A peripheral stem cell transplant or an umbilical cord blood transplant from a donor may be able to replace blood-forming cells that were destroyed by chemotherapy or radiation therapy. Giving an infusion of the donor's white blood cells (donor lymphocyte infusion) after the transplant may help destroy any remaining cancer cells (graft-versus-tumor effect). Sometimes the transplanted cells can make an immune response against the body's normal cells. Methotrexate, cyclosporine, tacrolimus, or methylprednisolone may stop this from happening. PURPOSE: This clinical trial is studying how well a donor stem cell transplant or donor white blood cell infusions work in treating patients with hematologic cancer.

SGN-30 and Combination Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With Newly Diagnosed Anaplastic Large Cell...

Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma

This phase II trial is studying how well giving SGN-30 together with combination chemotherapy works in treating patients with newly diagnosed anaplastic large cell lymphoma. Monoclonal antibodies, such as SGN-30, can block cancer growth in different ways. Some block the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Others find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving SGN-30 together with combination chemotherapy may kill more cancer cells

A Study of Galiximab + Rituximab Versus Rituximab + Placebo in Follicular Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma...

LymphomaNon-Hodgkin's

This is a Phase III, multicenter, global, clinical study of an investigational drug called galiximab in combination with an approved drug called rituximab in subjects with follicular NHL. The purpose of the study is to compare the clinical benefit of galiximab when given in combination with rituximab as compared with rituximab alone (given with placebo) in subjects with follicular NHL. Safety and pharmacokinetics (PK) of galiximab and rituximab will also be evaluated.

In-Vivo Activated T-Cell Depletion to Prevent GVHD

Acute Myelogenous LeukemiaAcute Lymphocytic Leukemia9 more

The purpose of this study is to compare the effects (good and bad) of the medication basiliximab in combination with cyclosporine with cyclosporine alone for the prevention of graft-versus-host disease. This research is being done because there is no completely safe and effective prevention for graft-versus-host disease. It is known that cyclosporine helps with GVHD but we would like to know if the addition of basiliximab will decrease the incidence and/or severity of GVHD after a transplant known as nonmyeloablative ("mini" transplant).

MDX-010 in Treating Patients With Recurrent or Refractory Lymphoma

Adult Grade III Lymphomatoid GranulomatosisB-cell Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia21 more

Biological therapies, such as MDX-010, work in different ways to stimulate the immune system and stop cancer cells from growing. This phase I/II trial is studying the side effects and best dose of MDX-010 and to see how well it works in treating patients with recurrent or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
