Zidovudine, Interferon Alfa-2b, PEG-Interferon Alfa-2b in Patients With HTLV-I Associated Adult...
LymphomaPrecancerous/Nonmalignant ConditionRATIONALE: Human T-cell lymphotropic virus type 1 (HTLV-1) can cause cancer. Zidovudine is an antiviral drug that acts against the human T-cell lymphotropic virus type 1. Giving zidovudine, interferon alfa-2b, and PEG-interferon alfa-2b together may stimulate the immune system and slow down or keep the cancer cell from growing. PURPOSE: This clinical trial is studying how well giving zidovudine together with interferon alfa-2b and PEG-interferon alfa-2b works in treating patients with human T-cell lymphotropic virus type 1-associated adult T-cell leukemia/lymphoma.
Oncaspar/Doxil/Decadron in Patients With Refractory Lymphoid Malignancies
Non-hodgkins LymphomaHodgkins Lymphoma1 moreThis is an exploratory study to study the efficacy of combination regimen of Oncaspar/Doxil/Decadron (ODD) in patients with refractory lymphoid malignancies. Patients with any form of lymphoid malignancy will be eligible: acute lymphoblastic leukemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, Hodgkin's lymphoma, multiple myeloma and plasma cell leukemia. Patients must have failed standard regimens for their cancers and could have had unlimited number of prior regimens. Patients will be staged appropriately for their disease with clinical examination, laboratory tests, and imaging studies. Both Oncaspar and Doxil will be given on day 1 and 15. Patients will be clinically evaluated prior to each cycle and will have disease assessments every 2 cycles. Responding patients will continue therapy until disease progression or excessive toxicity. Responders who are candidates for allogenic stem cell transplantation could go to conditioning chemotherapy and stem cell transplant after 4 cycles of ODD.
Treatment of Aggressive Localized Lymphoma
B Cell LymphomaProspective and multicentric Phase III study, evaluation of the interest of the radiotherapy after 4 or 6 cycles of CHOP 14 R regimen of chemotherapy , patients with agressive and localized B lymphoma , age 18 to 75 years.
A Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of Dasatinib (Sprycel) in Subjects With Relapsed or...
Diffuse Large B-cell LymphomaThis is a Phase II, single institution, single-arm, open-label study of oral dasatinib monotherapy administered to subjects with relapsed or refractory aggressive DLBCL. This study will be conducted in two phases: a Treatment Phase and a Follow-up Phase. Research Hypothesis: Dasatinib, when administered orally at a continuous dose of 100 mg once daily, will be safe and effective in treating subjects that have failed prior therapies to diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL) or have relapsed disease.
Study of MK-8808 for Participants With Follicular Lymphoma (MK-8808-001)
Follicular LymphomaThis study will evaluate the safety, pharmacokinetics, and anti-tumor activity of MK-8808 in combination with cyclophosphamide, vincristine, and prednisolone (CVP), and as a single agent, for participants with B-lymphocyte antigen cluster of differentiation 20 (CD20)-positive follicular lymphoma who have had no prior chemotherapy. The primary study hypothesis is that MK-8808 will be safe and well tolerated in combination with CVP and as a single agent.
Study of Bexxar <Tositumomab> Combined With External Beam Radiation Therapy
LymphomaNon-HodgkinThe purpose of the study is to assess the response rate of patients with relapsed or refractory low-grade or transformed low-grade, CD20-positive, B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma to Iodine-131 (I-131) tositumomab (Bexxar) therapy plus local palliative radiation therapy (XRT).
Study of Oral LBH589 in Adult Participants With Refractory/Resistant Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma (CTCL)...
Cutaneous T-Cell LymphomaThis study evaluated the safety and efficacy of LBH589B in adult participants with refractory/resistant Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma and prior Histone Deacetylase (HDAC) inhibitor therapy.
Pilot Study of Umbilical Cord Blood Transplantation in Adult Patient With Advanced Hematopoietic...
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaMyelodysplasia13 moreThis is a pilot study designed to evaluate the safety and feasibility of performing umbilical cord blood transplants in adults with high-risk hematopoietic malignancies. A novel myeloablative preparative regimen will be used. One, up to a maximum of three cord blood units will be administered to facilitate engraftment.
PTK787 in Refractory or Relapsed Diffuse Large Cell Lymphoma
LymphomaLarge-Cell1 moreThis is a phase II open label study to assess the efficacy and safety of PTK787/ZK222584 in adults with relapsed or refractory diffuse large cell lymphoma (DLCL). All subjects will receive PTK787/ZK222584. Subjects who tolerate the study target dose of 1250mg will remain on that dose until study completion at 12 months or until disease progression, unacceptable toxicity, withdrawal of consent or non-compliance with the protocol requirement.
MP470 in Treating Patients With Unresectable or Metastatic Solid Tumor or Lymphoma
LymphomaUnspecified Adult Solid Tumor1 moreRATIONALE: MP470 may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. PURPOSE: This clinical trial is studying the side effects and best dose of MP470 in treating patients with unresectable or metastatic refractory solid tumor, Hodgkin's lymphoma, or non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
