Phase I, Multicenter, Dose Escalation Study of DCR-MYC in Patients With Solid Tumors, Multiple Myeloma,...
Solid TumorsMultiple Myeloma4 moreThe purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability of the investigational anticancer drug DCR-MYC. DCR-MYC is a novel synthetic double-stranded RNA in a stable lipid particle suspension that targets the oncogene MYC. MYC oncogene activation is important to the growth of many hematologic and solid tumor malignancies. In this study the Sponsor proposes to study DCR-MYC and its ability to inhibit MYC and thereby inhibit cancer cell growth.

DA-EPOCH-Rituximab/Metformin (RM) for Double Hit Lymphoma
Diffuse Large B-Cell LymphomaNewly diagnosed histologically confirmed c-myc+ de novo DLBCL. Metformin 500 mg daily x 1 week, then 500 mg twice daily (BID) x 2 weeks, then 850 mg twice daily until 1 month after last cycle of chemo-immunotherapy. DA-EPOCH-R every 21 days x 4 cycles (CNS prophylaxis single or triple therapy given intrathecally each cycle to patients deemed appropriate by treating physician). Restage after 4 cycles with CT. Complete remission or partial remission: complete 2 more cycles or radiation therapy (XRT) consolidation per physician. Stable or progressive disease will go on to salvage therapy off study.

Rituximab or Zevalin - Efficacy Trial of Therapeutic Alternatives (RoZetta)
Follicular LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of consolidation treatment Zevalin® versus maintenance treatment with Rituxan® on progression-free survival (PFS) following response induction with chemotherapy plus rituximab in previously untreated participants with follicular lymphoma.

Everolimus in Treating Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma
Cutaneous T-Cell LymphomaCTCL is a rare form of lymphoma of the skin. While early stages are usually confined to the skin, later stages may spread to blood, lymph nodes and other organs. At this point, patients usually require systemic chemo. This study will investigate the effect of everolimus as treatment for recurrent or refractory CTCL. Participation in this study will last as long as the study doctor believes disease has not gotten worse, and patients continue to tolerate the study medication for a maximum of 1 year. Once off the treatment, patients will be followed for two years.

Study of Infusion of Blood Cells (Lymphocytes) to Stimulate the Immune System to Fight Leukemia/Lymphoma...
Mantle Cell LymphomaDiffuse Large Cell Lymphoma3 moreThe study of whether an infusion of blood cells called lymphocytes from a donor can stimulate the immune system to fight your leukemia/lymphoma.

Brentuximab Vedotin + Rituximab as Frontline Therapy for Pts w/ CD30+ and/or EBV+ Lymphomas
Adult Grade III Lymphomatoid GranulomatosisAdult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell Lymphoma116 moreThe purpose of this study is to evaluate how safe and effective the combination of two different drugs (brentuximab vedotin and rituximab) is in patients with certain types of lymphoma. This study is for patients who have a type of lymphoma that expresses a tumor marker called CD30 and/or a type that is associated with the Epstein-Barr virus (EBV-related lymphoma) and who have not yet received any treatment for their cancer, except for dose-reduction or discontinuation (stoppage) of medications used to prevent rejection of transplanted organs (for those patients who have undergone transplantation). This study is investigating the combination of brentuximab vedotin and rituximab as a first treatment for lymphoma patients

Study of Zevalin Versus Observation in Participants at Least 60 Years Old With Newly Diagnosed Diffuse...
Diffuse Large B-cell LymphomaFollicle Center LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Zevalin compared with observation alone in participants who are in PET-negative complete remission after first-line R-CHOP or R-CHOP like therapy.

A Study of the HSP90 Inhibitor AUY922
LymphomaThe goal of this clinical research study is to learn if AUY922 can help to control refractory or recurrent lymphoma. The safety of AUY922 will also be studied. AUY922 is designed to block tumor growth by blocking a protein.

Comparison Study of Rituximab Plus Sargramostim to Rituximab Alone for Relapsed Follicular B-cell...
LymphomaFollicularThe purpose of this study is to evaluate whether treatment with rituximab plus sargramostim will be more effective than rituximab alone.

Safety and Efficacy Study of Salvage Chemotherapy (R-ESHAP) to Treat Relapsed and Refractory Aggressive...
LymphomaNon-HodgkinAggressive non-Hodgkin's lymphoma is difficult to handle once it relapses or becomes refractory to chemotherapy. Various second or third line chemotherapies, which are called salvage chemotherapy, were developed without promising results. Improvement in efficacy by adding relatively new agent, rituximab, to chemotherapy is now widely accepted in non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. This study will test the safety and efficacy of adding rituximab to existing salvage chemotherapy, ESHAP (R-ESHAP). Our aim is also to proceed to high-dose chemotherapy with autologous hematopoietic stem cell transplantation after successful R-ESHAP therapy.
