Study to Describe the Interaction Between Tazemetostat and Itraconazole and Between Tazemetostat...
All MalignanciesAdvanced Malignancies10 moreThe participants of this study will have advanced malignancies (also known as advanced cancer). The main aim of this trial will be to study the blood levels (known as pharmacokinetics) of the tazemtostat (the study drug) when administered in combination with another drug. Part 1 of the study will evaluate the interaction between the drugs tazemetostat and itraconazole. Part 2 of the study will evaluate the interaction between the drugs tazemetostat and rifampin For both Parts 1 and 2, safety and the level that effects of the study drug can be tolerated (known as tolerability) will be assessed throughout.

Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics of BI 695500 vs. Rituximab as First Line-treatment in Patients...
LymphomaFollicularThe primary objective of the study is to assess the pharmacokinetic (PK) similarity of Boehringer Ingelheim (BI) 695500 vs. rituximab (MabThera®) in previously untreated patients with low tumor burden follicular lymphoma (LTBFL). The secondary objective of the study is to evaluate the pharmacodynamics (PD), safety, and anti-tumor activity of BI 695500 vs. rituximab (MabThera®), as well as the presence of anti-drug antibodies (ADAs).

JAK-inhibition in Recurrent Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma
Recurrent Classical Hodgkin LymphomaThe Purpose of this trial is: to determine the overall response rate (ORR, complete response [CR] + partial response [PR]) in patients with relapsed or refractory HL to determine the safety profile of ruxolitinib in patients with relapsed or refractory HL

This is a Phase 1 Study of Eribulin Mesylate in Pediatric Participants With Recurrent or Refractory...
PediatricsSolid TumorsThis is a Phase 1 study of eribulin mesylate in pediatric participants with recurrent or refractory solid tumors (excluding CNS), including lymphomas. Eribulin mesylate will be administered intravenously, once per day on Days 1 and 8 of a 21-day cycle. This study aims to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or the Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) of this regimen in Part A1 (participants greater than or equal to [>=] 12 months and less than [<] 18 years). Part A2 will enroll infants (greater than [>] 6 months and <12 months) one dose level behind the dose level at which participants in Part A1 are enrolling, in order to maximize safety for infant participants. Additionally, this study aims to describe the toxicities and the pharmacokinetics of eribulin mesylate when administered to children. In a preliminary manner, the antitumor effect of eribulin mesylate will also be described.

Pilot Study of Ruxolitinib in Relapsed or Refractory Hodgkin Lymphoma and Primary Mediastinal Large...
Relapsed or Refractory Hodgkin LymphomaPrimary Mediastinal Large B-cell LymphomaThe purpose of this study is that ruxolitinib may be a possible treatment option for relapsed or refractory patients with Hodgkin and primary mediastinal large B-cell lymphoma.

Phase II Copanlisib in Relapsed/Refractory Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)
DiffuseLarge B-Cell1 moreTo assess the potential efficacy (in terms of objective response) of single agent copanlisib in patients with relapsed or refractory Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) and assess the relationship between efficacy and a potentially predictive biomarker

A Study of MabThera/Rituxan (Rituximab) in Patients With Relapsed Centroblastic Centrocytic Non-Hodgkin's...
Non-Hodgkin's LymphomaThis study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of MabThera/Rituxan in patients with relapsed low-grade centroblastic centrocytic non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Patients will receive once-weekly intravenous MabThera/Rituxan for 4 weeks; responding patients will be treated a second time in case of relapse (defined as progression after complete or partial response). The anticipated time on study treatment is <3 months.

Study of BKM120 & Rituximab in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Indolent B-Cell Lymphoma
Extranodal Marginal Zone B-cell Lymphoma of Mucosa-associated Lymphoid TissueNodal Marginal Zone B-cell Lymphoma7 moreThis phase I clinical trial studies the side effects and the best dose of phosphatidylinositol-3-kinase (PI3K) inhibitor BKM120 when given together with rituximab in treating patients with relapsed or refractory low-grade B-cell lymphoma. PI3K inhibitor BKM120 may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, can block cancer growth in different ways. Some block the ability of cancer to grow and spread. Others find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. Giving PI3K inhibitor BKM120 with rituximab may be an effective treatment for B-cell lymphoma.
