CD20-positive B-cell Non-Hodgkin LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to identify if, and at what dose, ibrutinib may be administered with R-CHOP (rituximab, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone) and to document responses of this combination in patients with newly diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL).

Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaSmall Lymphocytic LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to examine the safety and efficacy of Ibrutinib administered in combination with bendamustine and rituximab in patients with relapsed or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) or small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL).

Rituximab Plus Lenalidomide in Patients With Mucosa Associated Lymphoid Tissue
Lymphoma of the Mucosa Associated Lymphoid Tissue (MALT)This is an open label, phase II study to evaluate the capacity of Rituximab (Mabthera®) plus Lenalidomide (Revlimid®) to induce objective responses in patients with Mucosa Associated Lymphoid Tissue (MALT) lymphoma presenting with measurable disease.

A Study of MabThera/Rituxan (Rituximab) Alone and in Combination With Roferon-A in Patients With...
LymphomaThis randomized, open-label study will compare the efficacy and safety of MabThera/Rituxan (rituximab) alone, and in combination with Roferon-A (interferon alfa-2a) in patients with follicular or other CD20+ low-grade lymphoma. Patients will be randomized to receive either MabThera/Rituxan 375 mg/m2 intravenously weekly for 4 weeks or Roferon-A 3 MIU/day subcutaneously in Week 1 followed by 4.5 MIU/day sc in Weeks 2-5 plus MabThera/Rituxan 375 mg/m2 weekly iv in Weeks 3-6. Patients who have a response will receive an additional cycle of treatment. The anticipated time on study treatment is up to 6 months.

Dose Adjusted EPOCH Regimen in Combination With Ofatumumab or Rituximab in Treating Patients With...
AIDS-Related Burkitt LymphomaAtypical Burkitt/Burkitt-Like Lymphoma8 moreThis phase II trial studies how well a dose adjusted regimen consisting of etoposide, prednisone, vincristine sulfate, cyclophosphamide, and doxorubicin hydrochloride (EPOCH) works in combination with ofatumumab or rituximab in treating patients with Burkitt lymphoma that is newly diagnosed, or has returned after a period of improvement (relapsed), or has not responded to previous treatment (refractory) or relapsed or refractory acute lymphoblastic leukemia. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as etoposide, prednisone, vincristine sulfate, cyclophosphamide, and doxorubicin hydrochloride, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Monoclonal antibodies, such as ofatumumab and rituximab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving more than one drug (combination chemotherapy) together with monoclonal antibody therapy may kill more cancer cells.

Targeted Marrow Irradiation, Fludarabine Phosphate, and Busulfan Before Donor Progenitor Cell Transplant...
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaHematologic Malignancies9 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of targeted marrow irradiation when given with fludarabine phosphate and busulfan before donor progenitor cell transplant in treating patients with hematologic malignancies. Targeted marrow irradiation is a type of specialized radiation therapy that delivers a high dose of radiation directly to the cancer cells, which may kill more cancer cells and cause less damage to normal cells. Giving targeted marrow irradiation and chemotherapy drugs, such as fludarabine phosphate and busulfan, before a donor progenitor cell transplant may help stop the growth of cancer cells. It may also stop the patient's immune system from rejecting the donor's progenitor cells. When the healthy progenitor cells from a donor are infused into the patient they may help the patient's bone marrow make progenitor cells, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets.

Efficacy of Lenalidomide in Combination With Subcutaneous Rituximab + miniCHOP in DLBCL Patients...
Diffuse Large B Cell LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy of R2-miniCHOP (Sub-cutaneous Rituximab-miniCHOP + lenalidomide) and R-miniCHOP (Sub-cutaneous Rituximab-miniCHOP) in patients aged 80 years old or more with not previously treated cluster of differentiation antigen 20 positive (CD20+) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma as measured by the overall survival (OS).The SENIOR trial will evaluate the tolerance and efficacy of the combination of the R2-miniCHOP regimen and compare this experimental arm to the standard R-miniCHOP regimen. The statistical plan is based on the hypothesis of an increase by 15% of the 2y-OS in favor of the experimental arm, as compared to the reference arm (R-miniCHOP).
