Safety and Efficacy Study of I-131 Tositumomab in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Hodgkin's Lymphoma...

Hodgkin's Disease

The purpose of this study is to find the highest safe dose of Iodine-131 Tositumomab (Bexxar®) that can be given to patients who have relapsed/refractory Hodgkin's lymphoma, what side effects these patients get when they take Bexxar® and if Bexxar® is effective in treating relapsed/refractory Hodgkin's lymphoma. Bexxar® works by delivering doses of radiation to cancer cells.

Study of the Safety and Pharmacokinetics of XL147 (SAR245408) in Adults With Solid Tumors or Lymphoma...

CancerLymphoma

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of XL147 in subjects with solid tumors or lymphoma. Both a capsule and a tablet formulation will be evaluated. XL147 is a new chemical entity that inhibits PI3 Kinase. Inactivation of PI3K has been shown to inhibit growth and induce apoptosis (programmed cell death) in tumor cells.

ABT-888 in Patients With Refractory Solid Tumors or Hematologic Cancer

LeukemiaLymphoma2 more

RATIONALE: ABT-888 may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Collecting and storing samples of blood from patients with cancer to study in the laboratory may help doctors learn more about the ways a patient's body handles the drug. PURPOSE: This early phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of ABT-888 in patients with refractory solid tumors or hematologic cancer.

Chemotherapy, Radiation Therapy, Rituximab, and Umbilical Cord Blood Transplant in Treating Patients...

LeukemiaLymphoma

RATIONALE: Giving low doses of chemotherapy, such as cyclophosphamide and fludarabine, total-body irradiation, and rituximab before a donor umbilical cord blood stem cell transplant helps stop the growth of cancer cells. It also stops the patient's immune system from rejecting the donor's stem cells. The donated stem cells may replace the patient's immune cells and help destroy any remaining cancer cells (graft-versus-tumor effect). Sometimes the transplanted cells from a donor can also make an immune response against the body's normal cells. Giving cyclosporine and mycophenolate mofetil after the transplant may stop this from happening. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying how well giving chemotherapy and radiation therapy together with rituximab and an umbilical cord blood transplant works in treating patients with B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of Adeno-IFN Gamma in Cutaneous B-cell Lymphoma

LymphomaB-Cell

The primary objective of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of a four-month dosing period of intra-lesional injection of TG1042 in patients with relapsing CBCL. Patients will receive intra-tumoral injections of an adenoviral vector construct containing the human interferon gamma gene (TG1042), in an attempt to enhance immune responses with anti-tumor activity. This local administration induces tumour cell killing at the injected tumour sites.

Combination Chemotherapy and Rituximab in Treating Patients With Newly Diagnosed AIDS-Related B-Cell...

Lymphoma

RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, can block cancer growth in different ways. Some find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. Others interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving combination chemotherapy together with rituximab may kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying how well giving combination chemotherapy together with rituximab works in treating patients with newly diagnosed AIDS-related B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Lenalidomide in Treating Patients With Relapsed Mycosis Fungoides/Sezary Syndrome

Lymphoma

RATIONALE: Lenalidomide may stop the growth of mycosis fungoides/Sezary syndrome by blocking blood flow to the cancer. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying how well lenalidomide works in treating patients with relapsed mycosis fungoides/Sezary syndrome.

Reduced-Intensity Busulfan and Fludarabine With or Without Antithymocyte Globulin Followed by Donor...

Chronic Myeloproliferative DisordersLeukemia3 more

RATIONALE: Giving low doses of chemotherapy, such as busulfan and fludarabine, before a donor stem cell transplant helps stop the growth of cancer and abnormal cells. It also helps stop the patient's immune system from rejecting the donor's stem cells. The donated stem cells may replace the patient's immune cells and help destroy any remaining cancer or abnormal cells (graft-versus-tumor effect). Sometimes the transplanted cells from a donor can also make an immune response against the body's normal cells. Immunosuppressive therapy may improve bone marrow function and may be an effective treatment for hematologic cancer or other disease. PURPOSE: This clinical trial is studying the side effects and how well giving busulfan and fludarabine with or without antithymocyte globulin followed by donor stem cell transplant works in treating patients with hematologic cancer or other disease.
