Hodgkin's DiseaseThe purpose of this study is to find the highest safe dose of Iodine-131 Tositumomab (Bexxar®) that can be given to patients who have relapsed/refractory Hodgkin's lymphoma, what side effects these patients get when they take Bexxar® and if Bexxar® is effective in treating relapsed/refractory Hodgkin's lymphoma. Bexxar® works by delivering doses of radiation to cancer cells.

Collecting and storing samples of blood from patients with cancer to study in the laboratory may help doctors learn more about the ways a patient's body handles the drug. PURPOSE: This early phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of ABT-888 in patients with refractory solid tumors or hematologic cancer.

LeukemiaLymphomaRATIONALE: Giving low doses of chemotherapy, such as cyclophosphamide and fludarabine, total-body irradiation, and rituximab before a donor umbilical cord blood stem cell transplant helps stop the growth of cancer cells. It also stops the patient's immune system from rejecting the donor's stem cells. The donated stem cells may replace the patient's immune cells and help destroy any remaining cancer cells (graft-versus-tumor effect). Sometimes the transplanted cells from a donor can also make an immune response against the body's normal cells. Giving cyclosporine and mycophenolate mofetil after the transplant may stop this from happening. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying how well giving chemotherapy and radiation therapy together with rituximab and an umbilical cord blood transplant works in treating patients with B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Patients will receive intra-tumoral injections of an adenoviral vector construct containing the human interferon gamma gene (TG1042), in an attempt to enhance immune responses with anti-tumor activity. This local administration induces tumour cell killing at the injected tumour sites.

Others interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving combination chemotherapy together with rituximab may kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying how well giving combination chemotherapy together with rituximab works in treating patients with newly diagnosed AIDS-related B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

It also helps stop the patient's immune system from rejecting the donor's stem cells. The donated stem cells may replace the patient's immune cells and help destroy any remaining cancer or abnormal cells (graft-versus-tumor effect). Sometimes the transplanted cells from a donor can also make an immune response against the body's normal cells. Immunosuppressive therapy may improve bone marrow function and may be an effective treatment for hematologic cancer or other disease. PURPOSE: This clinical trial is studying the side effects and how well giving busulfan and fludarabine with or without antithymocyte globulin followed by donor stem cell transplant works in treating patients with hematologic cancer or other disease.
