A Study to Evaluate Safety, Efficacy and Pharmacokinetics of Rituximab (MabThera/Rituxan) in Participants...

Lymphoma

This single arm, multicenter study will evaluate the safety, efficacy and pharmacokinetic (PK) of subcutaneous (SC) rituximab in previously untreated participants with cluster of differentiation 20 positive (CD20+) DLBCL or FL. In addition to standard chemotherapy, participants will receive at least 4 doses of rituximab 1400 mg SC once a month during the Induction period, and at least 6 doses of rituximab 1400 mg SC once every two months during the Maintenance period.

Study of Ibrutinib in Relapsed and Refractory T-cell Lymphoma

T-cell LymphomaRelapsed and Refractory T-cell Lymphoma

This is a Phase 1 clinical trial, a type of research study. The purpose of this phase 1 clinical trial is to find out whether a new study drug, ibrutinib, is safe in patients with T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has either come back or not responded to treatment. In this phase 1 study, different doses of ibrutinib (560 mg and 840 mg daily) will be tested to see what effect the drug has on the patient and the disease.

LymphomaPrimary Central Nervous System Lymphoma1 more

The purpose of this study is to find out what effects, good and/or bad, Buparlisib (also known as BKM120) has on lymphoma and the central nervous system.

MabRella Study: A Study to Evaluate the Safety of Switching From Intravenous to Subcutaneous Administration...

LymphomaNon Hodgkin

This open-label, single-arm, phase IIIb study will evaluate the safety of switching from intravenous (IV) to subcutaneous (SC) administration of rituximab during first-line treatment for participants with CD20+ non-Hodgkin's follicular lymphoma (FL) or diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) who have already received at least one full dose of rituximab IV. Participants with FL will be given 1400 mg rituximab SC during induction therapy (once monthly for 4-7 cycles) and maintenance therapy (once every 2 months for 6-12 cycles). 1400 mg SC of rituximab will be given to participants with DLBCL once monthly for 4-7 cycles. Treatment duration is expected to last up to 7 months for participants with DLBCL and up to 32 months for participants with FL.

Aza-SAHA-GBM With AutoSCT for Refractory Lymphoma

Advanced CancersLymphoma

The goal of this clinical research study is to find the highest tolerable dose of azacitidine that can be given with vorinostat, gemcitabine, busulfan, and melphalan, with a stem cell transplant, and with or without rituximab. Researchers also want to learn about the safety and level of effectiveness of this combination.

Rituximab + GM-CSF in Patients With Follicular B-Cell Lymphoma

Lymphoma

The goal of this clinical research study is to see if using the drugs Rituximab (IDEC-C2B8) and Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (GM-CSF) (Leukine) together is better than using rituximab alone to treat follicular B-cell lymphomas. The safety of this treatment will also be studied.

A Trial of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) in Participants With Blood Cancers (MK-3475-013/KEYNOTE-013)...

Myelodysplastic SyndromeMultiple Myeloma5 more

The purpose of this trial is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of pembrolizumab (MK-3475, KEYTRUDA®) and pembrolizumab in combination with lenalidomide (Cohort 5 only) in hematologic malignancies. The primary study hypotheses are that treatment with pembrolizumab will result in a clinically meaningful improvement in Objective Response Rate (ORR) or Complete Remission Rate (CRR). The study includes an initial dose determination to establish the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of lenalidomide given in combination with pembrolizumab in Cohort 5. With Protocol Amendment 08, enrollment in the Multiple Myeloma arm (Cohort 2) has been completed and no further enrollment will be allowed and enrollment in the Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma arm (Cohort 5) has been discontinued and no further enrollment will be allowed.

Dose Monitoring of Busulfan and Combination Chemotherapy in Hodgkin or Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma Undergoing...

Adult Grade III Lymphomatoid GranulomatosisAdult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell Lymphoma143 more

This clinical trial studies personalized dose monitoring of busulfan and combination chemotherapy in treating patients with Hodgkin or non-Hodgkin lymphoma undergoing stem cell transplant. Giving chemotherapy before a stem cell transplant stops the growth of cancer cells by stopping them from dividing or killing them. After treatment, stem cells are collected from the patient's peripheral blood or bone marrow and stored. The stem cells are then returned to the patient to replace the blood-forming cells that were destroyed by the chemotherapy. Monitoring the dose of busulfan may help doctors deliver the most accurate dose and reduce toxicity in patients undergoing stem cell transplant.

Efficacy of Lenalidomide With Rituximab in Refractory or Relapse of Primary Central Nervous System...

LymphomaRelapse

Because Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma (PCNSL) are mainly diffuse large B-cell lymphoma of the activated B cells (ABC) type, the investigators hypothesize that the synergy of lenalidomide with rituximab shown in systemic non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) could be observed in PCNSL. This study will assess the efficiency of the the combination of lenalidomide and rituximab in relapsed/refractory PCNSL, and the efficiency of a maintenance treatment with lenalidomide alone in maintaining the response.
