Long-term Ovarian Fertility in Patients Treated for Lymphoma.
LymphomaFollicularThis is an observational, single-center, longitudinal cohort study. In order to evaluate the gonadotoxicity of chemotherapy, an AMH monitoring was initiated in 2006 in our fertility observatory in young patients with lymphoma before, during and after chemotherapy. This study is part of the project "She will get better and then want a child" and is supported by the ARS hauts de France (n° DOS/SDES/AR/FIR/2019/282). Our first study published in 2010 shows that AMH decreases sharply during chemotherapy, regardless of the chemotherapy protocol. At the end of chemotherapy, AMH recovery profiles differ according to the protocol received. This follow-up is therefore essential in order to adapt our practices and our preservation strategies, particularly to the type of chemotherapy. Patients are primarily concerned about their chances of subsequent pregnancy, and there is little evidence in the literature about the impact of chemotherapy on ovarian reserve and long-term fertility. The fisrt objective of our study is to evaluate, at distance from chemotherapy, the evolution of ovarian function in patients treated for lymphoma by evaluating follicular reserve parameters (AMH and antral follicle count) at 5 and 10 years after the end of chemotherapy compared with the initial workup performed before chemotherapy and the workup performed at 12 months after the end of chemotherapy.

Acute Myeloid LeukemiaMyelodysplastic Syndrome12 moreThe purpose of this study is to find the number of natural killer (NK) cells from non-HLA matched donors that can be safely infused into patients with cancer. NK cells are a form of lymphocytes that defend against cancer cells. NK cells in cancer patients do not work well to fight cancer. In this study, the NK cells are being donated by healthy individuals without cancer who are not "matched" by human leukocyte antigen (HLA) genes to patients. After receiving these NK cells, patients may also be given a drug called ALT803. ALT803 is a protein that keeps NK cells alive, helps them grow in number and supports their cancer-fighting characteristics. HLA-unmatched NK cell infusion is investigational (experimental) because the process has not approved by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

Malignant Solid TumorsLymphomasIn this phase I clinical trial cancer patients suffering from solid tumors or lymphomas, recurring after and/or refractory against standard treatment are treated intravenously (iv) with increasing doses of tTF-NGR(tTF= truncated tissue factor; NGR=Asn-Gly-Arg). The objectives of this trial are to evaluate the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and the dose-limiting toxicity (DLT) of intravenously (iv) infused daily applications of tTF-NGR for 5 days every 3 weeks in patients with cancer, who had obtained all standard treatment known for their disease entity prior to entry on study. Further objectives are to determine the perfusion and vascular volume fraction of measurable tumor lesions versus normal reference tissue before and after tTF-NGR application by MRI as a biological surrogate parameter for biological activity of the investigational medicinal product (IMP), tTF-NGR, and to obtain pharmacokinetic data.
