LymphomaThis is a prospective, phase II study on the activity and tolerability of high dose (2 g/day) oral clarithromycin for the treatment of relapsed or refractory extranodal marginal zone lymphoma.

A Study of the Histone Deacetylase Inhibitor (HDACi) Quisinostat (JNJ-26481585) in Patients With...
LymphomaT-Cell1 moreThe purpose of this study is to determine the overall cutaneous response rate (participants who achieve a complete response or partial response) based on the modified severity weighted assessment tool criteria.

Brief Chemoimmunotherapy With R+B+M Followed by R in Elderly Patients Advanced Stage Untreated Follicular...
Follicular LymphomaThis is a prospective, multicenter phase II trial designed to determine efficacy and safety of a brief chemoimmunotherapy with the combination of Rituximab + Bendamustine + Mitoxantrone in elderly patients with advanced stage Follicular Lymphoma.

Efficacy of a Treatment With CHOP and Lenalidomide in First Line in Angioimmunoblastic T-cell Lymphoma...
T-cell LymphomaThis study aims to evaluate the efficacy of lenalidomide associated with CHOP as measured by complete response rate at the end of treatment. Approximately 80 patients aged between 60 and 80 years will be included, to have 70 evaluable patients. The treatment consists of two phases of four 3-weeks cycles: induction phase and consolidation phase, for a total treatment duration of 24 weeks. Each cycle will be broken down as follows: chemotherapy will be administered in the hospital on day 1, prednisone is continued for 5 days and lenalidomide is taken for 14 days. Patients will be followed for at least 18 months after inclusion of the last patient.

Safety and Pharmacokinetic Profile of CKD-581
LymphomaMultiple MyelomaThis study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), dose limiting toxicity (DLT), safety and pharmacokinetics (PK) profile of a single agent CKD-581 injection in patients with Lymphoma failed to standard therapy. The usefulness of the this regimen is evaluated by response rate, progression free survival.

Phase Ib/II Study of the Efficacy and Safety of the R-CMC544/R-GEMOX Combination in Diffuse Lage...
Diffuse Large B-Cell LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to determine the recommended dose of CMC544 administered in combination with rituximab (R-CMC544), and in alternance with rituximab, gemcitabine and oxaliplatin (R-GEMOX) in the first phase of the study. After that, efficacy and safety of this combination will be evaluated preliminarily in patients with DLBCL in relapse or refractory, who are no candidates for autologous transplant.

Study of Velcade and Temsirolimus for Relapsed or Refractory Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma
Non-Hodgkins LymphomaThe investigators want to find out if the drugs Velcade and temsirolimus given together are effective in treating cancer. Velcade and temsirolimus are each FDA approved individually for certain types of cancer (Velcade for multiple myeloma and mantle cell lymphoma, and temsirolimus for renal cell carcinoma) but are not currently approved in combination for B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The investigators are trying to find out if giving these 2 drugs together will improve the period of time that the patient's cancer is stopped or slowed from growing and causing symptoms.

Efficacy and Safety Study of Idelalisib in Participants With Indolent B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas...
Follicular LymphomaSmall Lymphocytic Lymphoma2 moreThe primary objective will be to assess the overall response rate and to evaluate the efficacy and safety of idelalisib (IDELA; GS-1101) in participants with previously treated indolent Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma (iNHL) that is refractory both to rituximab and to alkylating-agent-containing chemotherapy. Eligible participants will initiate oral therapy with idelalisib at a starting dose of 150 mg taken twice per day. Treatment with idelalisib can continue in compliant participants as long as the study is still ongoing and the participants appear to be benefiting from treatment with acceptable safety.

Advanced MalignanciesPositive for Anaplastic Lymphoma Kinase3 moreThis study is to evaluate the safety and anti-tumor activity of ASP3026 in patients with advanced malignancies (solid tumors and B-cell lymphoma).

Phase 2 Study of Rituximab-ABVD in Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma
LymphomaRATIONALE: Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, can block cancer growth in different ways. Some block the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Others find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving rituximab together with combination chemotherapy may kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying how well giving rituximab together with combination chemotherapy works in treating patients with newly diagnosed stage II, stage III, or stage IV Hodgkin's lymphoma.
