BL22 Immunotoxin in Treating Patients With Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma or Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia...
LeukemiaLymphomaRATIONALE: The BL22 immunotoxin can locate tumor cells and kill them without harming normal cells. PURPOSE: Phase I trial to study the effectiveness of the BL22 immunotoxin in treating patients who have non-Hodgkin's lymphoma or chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
Antineoplaston Therapy in Treating Patients With Mantle Cell Lymphoma
Contiguous Stage II Mantle Cell LymphomaNoncontiguous Stage II Mantle Cell Lymphoma3 moreRATIONALE: Antineoplastons are naturally-occurring substances that may also be made in the laboratory. Antineoplastons may inhibit the growth of cancer cells. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying how well antineoplaston therapy works in treating patients with stage II, stage III, or stage IV mantle cell lymphoma.
FT596 in Combination With R-CHOP in Subjects With B-Cell Lymphoma
Diffuse Large B Cell LymphomaTransformed Indolent Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma3 moreThis is a Phase I study of FT596 in combination with two different schedules (standard or alternate) of R-CHOP in subjects with B-cell lymphoma who are previously untreated or have received no more than one prior line of treatment. The study will consist of a dose-escalation stage followed by a dose-expansion stage.
CELTIC-1: A Phase 2B Study of Cerdulatinib in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Peripheral T-Cell...
Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma (PTCL NOS)Nodal Lymphomas of T Follicular Helper (TFH)8 moreThis is an open-label, multinational study of cerdulatinib in patients with relapsed/refractory PTCL dosed with cerdulatinb, designed to (1) Evaluate tumor response, (2) Assess the safety and tolerability of cerdulatinib, (3) Evaluate duration of response (DUR), progression free survival (PFS) and overall survival(OS), (4) Determine the PK properties of cerdulatinib, (5) Evaluate the efficacy endpoints based on Lugano criteria per IRC and (6)To assess the relationship between target expression (e.g., spleen tyrosine kinase [SYK], Janus kinase [JAK]) and relevant anomalies (e.g., SYK-ITK translocation, mutations in the JAK/STAT pathway) with clinical response.
HA-1H TCR T Cell for Relapsed/Persistent Hematologic Malignancies After Allogeneic Stem Cell Transplantation...
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaAcute Lymphoid Leukemia6 moreThis is a non-randomised, open-label phase I study of an investigational medicinal product (IMP) consisting of a HLA-A*02:01 restricted HA-1H T cell receptor transduced T cell (MDG1021) immunotherapy for relapsed or persistent hematologic malignancies after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. The aim of the study is to determine the recommended phase II dose of MDG1021.
Study of Tisagenlecleucel in Chinese Adult Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Diffuse Large B-cell...
Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)This is a multi-center, phase II study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of CTL019 in Chinese adult patients with relapsed or refractory DLBCL.
Anti-PD-1 Antibody Treatment With Cemiplimab and Radiotherapy in Early-stage Classical Hodgkin Lymphoma...
Hodgkin LymphomaThe primary objective is to estimate the efficacy of experimental treatment with the anti-PD-1 antibody cemiplimab (REGN2810) in combination with simultaneous or subsequent radiotherapy (RT) in early-stage favorable classical Hodgkin lymphoma (cHL). Secondary objectives are to assess the safety and feasibility of the 2 experimental strategies.
Flotetuzumab in Treating Patients With Recurrent or Refractory CD123 Positive Blood Cancer
Acute Biphenotypic LeukemiaAcute Leukemia15 moreThis phase II trial studies how well flotetuzumab works in treating patients with CD123 positive blood cancer that has come back or does not respond to treatment. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as flotetuzumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
CAR.CD19-CD28-zeta-2A-iCasp9-IL15-Transduced Cord Blood NK Cells, High-Dose Chemotherapy, and Stem...
CD19 PositiveMantle Cell Lymphoma5 moreThis phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of chimeric antigen receptor (CAR).CD19-CD28-zeta-2A-iCasp9-IL15-transduced cord blood NK cells when given together with high-dose chemotherapy and stem cell transplant and to see how well they work in treating participants with B-cell lymphoma. Cord blood-derived CAR-NK cells may react against the B-cell lymphoma cells in the body, which may help to control the disease. Giving chemotherapy before a stem cell transplant may help kill any cancer cells that are in the body and helps make room in the patient's bone marrow for new blood-forming cells (stem cells) to grow. The stem cells are then returned to the patient to replace the blood-forming cells that were destroyed by the chemotherapy.
Rituximab, Idelalisib, and Venetoclax in Relapsed/Refractory CLL/SLL
Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaCLL7 moreTo determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of idelalisib and venetoclax in combination with rituximab in patients with relapsed or refractory Chronic lymphocytic leukemia/ Small lymphocytic lymphoma (CLL/SLL) following a lead-in period with idelalisib and rituximab
