Non-hodgkin's Lymphoma

This study is a multicenter, non randomized, single arm, open clinical trial. The selected disease was relapsed / refractory NHL, and the disease was classified into highly aggressive lymphoma, invasive lymphoma and inert lymphoma; Highly invasive NHL included Burkitt lymphoma (BL), lymphoblastic lymphoma (LBL), high-grade B-cell lymphoma, etc; Invasive NHL includes diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, mantle cell lymphoma and peripheral T-cell lymphoma; Inert NHL contains follicular lymphoma, small lymphocytic lymphoma and marginal zone lymphoma.

B-Cell Non-Hodgkin LymphomaRelapsed B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma1 more

The primary objective of this study is to characterize the safety and tolerability of loncastuximab tesirine in combination with polatuzumab vedotin, glofitamab, or mosunetuzumab, and to identify the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended dose for expansion (RDE) for the combinations.

Phase II Trial of Venetoclax and Rituximab as Initial Therapy in Older Patients With Mantle Cell...

Mantle Cell Lymphoma

The proposed study is an open-label, single arm phase II study of venetoclax in combination with rituximab in patients over the age of 60 with previously untreated mantle cell lymphoma. The primary objective of the trial is to determine whether the combination of venetoclax with rituximab in this patient population yields a clinically acceptable proportion of overall responses (ORR, assessed by PET/CT with Lugano criteria) without chemotherapy.

ALX148, Rituximab and Lenalidomide for the Treatment of Indolent and Aggressive B-cell Non-Hodgkin...

Aggressive B-Cell Non-Hodgkin LymphomaAnn Arbor Stage III Grade 2 Follicular Lymphoma18 more

This phase I/II trial finds out the best dose, possible benefits and/or side effects of ALX148 in combination with rituximab and lenalidomide in treating patients with indolent and aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Immunotherapy with ALX148, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as lenalidomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody that binds to a protein called CD20 found on B-cells, and may kill cancer cells. Giving ALX148 in combination with rituximab and lenalidomide may help to control the disease.

Treatment of Mature B-ALL and Burkitt Lymphoma (BL) in Adult Patients. BURKIMAB-14.

Mature B-Cell Leukemia Burkitt TypeBurkitt Lymphoma (BL)1 more

Rituximab combined with a specific intensive chemotherapy is considered the standard treatment for newly diagnosed patients with mature B leukemia/lymphoma. However, the toxicity of this therapy is high. The purpose of this trial is to reduce the dose intensity of the chemotherapy blocks once the patient has achieved complete response. With this approach the investigators expect to maintain the efficacy and to reduce the toxicity of the chemotherapy, specially the rate of deaths in complete response.

CpG-STAT3 siRNA CAS3/SS3 and Localized Radiation Therapy for the Treatment of Relapsed/Refractory...

Recurrent B-Cell Non-Hodgkin LymphomaRecurrent Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma18 more

This phase I trial identifies the best dose and side effects of CpG-STAT3 siRNA CAS3/SS3 (CAS3/SS3) in combination with localized radiation therapy in treating patients with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). CAS3/SS3 simultaneously targets two molecules, TLR9 receptor and STAT3. This investigational drug combines a CpG oligonucleotide and an siRNA in one molecule that act together to interfere with the ability of the cancer cells to grow. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Giving CAS3/SS3 with localized radiation therapy may kill more cancer cells.

A Study of Zanubrutinib Plus Anti-CD20 Versus Lenalidomide Plus Rituximab in Participants With Relapsed/Refractory...

Relapsed/Refractory Follicular LymphomaMarginal Zone Lymphoma

The purpose of the study is to compare the efficacy of zanubrutinib plus obinutuzumab versus lenalidomide plus rituximab (R^2) in participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) follicular lymphoma (FL), as measured by progression-free survival as determined by an independent review committee in accordance with the 2014 modification of the International Working Group on non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) Criteria based on n positron emission tomography and computed tomography (PET/CT), and to compare the efficacy of zanubrutinib plus rituximab versus R^2 in participants with R/R marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), as measured by progression free survival (PFS) assessed by IRC in accordance with CT-based Lugano 2014 Criteria.
