Evaluate the Safety and Clinical Activity of HH2853
Non-Hodgkin's LymphomaRelapsed2 moreThis is an open-label, multicenter, first-in-human phase I/II study which is composed of 3 parts: phase I dose escalation, phase I dose extension and phase II. HH2853 will be administered orally on a continuous BID schedule on a continuous 28-day treatment cycle.
A Phase III Study Evaluating Glofitamab in Combination With Gemcitabine + Oxaliplatin vs Rituximab...
Diffuse Large B-cell LymphomaThis study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of glofitamab in combination with gemcitabine plus oxaliplatin (Glofit-GemOx) compared with rituximab in combination with gemcitabine plus oxaliplatin (R-GemOx) in patients with R/R DLBCL.
Pembrolizumab, Ibrutinib and Rituximab in PCNSL
Primary Central Nervous System LymphomaRecurrent CancerThis research study is evaluating a combination therapy of 3 drugs as possible treatments for recurrent primary central nervous system lymphoma (PCNSL). The three drugs being used in the study are: Pembrolizumab (MK3475) Ibrutinib Rituximab (or biosimilar)
Venetoclax and Acalabrutinib in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Mantle Cell Lymphoma...
Blastoid Variant Mantle Cell LymphomaCCND1 Protein Overexpression7 moreThis phase II trial studies how well venetoclax and acalabrutinib work in treating patients with mantle cell lymphoma that did not respond to previous treatment or has come back. Venetoclax may cause cancer cell death by blocking the mechanism that cancer cells use to stay alive. Acalabrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving venetoclax and acalabrutinib together may kill more cancer cells in patients with mantle cell lymphoma.
Safety and Efficacy of Ponatinib for Treatment of Pediatric Recurrent or Refractory Leukemias, Lymphomas...
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaAccelerated Phase Chronic Myeloid Leukemia7 moreThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy of ponatinib in children aged 1 to < 18 years with advanced leukemias, lymphomas, and solid tumors.
A Multi-Center Phase 2 Study to Evaluate Efficacy and Safety of Oral Abexinostat as Monotherapy...
LymphomaFollicularAn open-label, single-arm, multi-center phase 2 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of oral histone deacetylase (HDAC)-inhibitor abexinostat, as monotherapy in patients with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma (FL)
Split-Dose R-CHOP for Older Adults With DLBCL
Diffuse Large B Cell LymphomaDLBCL1 moreThis study is investigating a new administration schedule of Rituximab, Cyclophosphamide, Doxorubicin, Vincristine, Prednisone (R-CHOP) chemotherapy for participants with Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL), focusing on an underserved elderly population (aged 75 and up; certain participants 70-74 may be eligible) that is often excluded from clinical trials. Participants can expect to be on study for 2.5 years (treatment for 6 months and 2 years of post treatment follow-up).
Study to Evaluate Efficacy and Safety of Oral Abexinostat in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory...
Diffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)An open-label, single-arm, multi-center phase 2 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of abexinostat, as monotherapy in patients with relapsed or refractory diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL)
VT-EBV-N for Treatment of Severe in EBV Positive Extranodal NK/T Cell Lymphoma Patients
Extranodal NK/T-cell LymphomaThe study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of VT-EBV-N (EBV-CTL) administration in ENKL patients after complete remission (CR). This is to prove the effect of VT-EBV-N (EBV-CTL) in prevention of ENKL relapse compared to placebo, by checking the primary endpoint of DFS rate (disease free survival, no relapse or death after randomization) at 2 years (103 weeks) for the last subject enrolled. 50% of the subjects will be administered VT-EBV-N (EBV-CTL), while the remaining subjects will be administered a placebo.
