Obatoclax mesylate may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the proteins needed for cell growth. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, can block cancer growth in different ways. Some find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. Others interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as bendamustine hydrochloride, also work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving obatoclax mesylate together with rituximab and bendamustine hydrochloride may kill more cancer cells

Chemotherapy drugs, such as venetoclax and eprenetapopt, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading.

Cord blood-derived CAR-NK cells may react against the B-cell lymphoma cells in the body, which may help to control the disease. Giving chemotherapy before a stem cell transplant may help kill any cancer cells that are in the body and helps make room in the patient's bone marrow for new blood-forming cells (stem cells) to grow. The stem cells are then returned to the patient to replace the blood-forming cells that were destroyed by the chemotherapy.
