Study to Evaluate Safety and Efficacy of Blinatumomab in Subjects With Relapsed/Refractory (R/R)...
B-Cell Non Hodgkin LymphomaThis is a phase 2/3 open label, multicenter trial testing blinatumomab monotherapy for the treatment of subjects with Relapsed/Refractory (R/R) aggressive B-NHL not achieving CMR after 2 cycles of standard platinum-based chemotherapy regimens administered as S1. This study incorporates multiple interim analyses for futility, efficacy, and unblinded sample-size re-estimation. In the phase 3 part of the study, blinatumomab will be compared to Investigator's Choice chemotherapy. In March 2019, decision made to not proceed with phase 3.
Study of Tazemetostat in Participants With Relapsed or Refractory B-cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma...
Relapsed or Refractory B-cell Non-Hodgkin's LymphomaThis is a multicenter, open-label, Phase 2 study to assess the efficacy and safety of tazemetostat in participants with relapsed or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL) with EZH2 gene mutation.
A Study of Obinutuzumab (RO5072759) Plus Chemotherapy in Comparison With Rituximab Plus Chemotherapy...
Non-Hodgkin's LymphomaThis open-label, randomized study will assess the efficacy and safety of obinutuzumab (RO5072759) in combination with chemotherapy compared to rituximab (MabThera/Rituxan) with chemotherapy followed by obinutuzumab or rituximab maintenance in participants with untreated advanced indolent non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. After the end of the induction period, participants achieving response (Complete response [CR] or partial response [PR]) will undergo a maintenance period continuing on the randomized antibody treatment alone every 2 months until disease progression for a total of 2 years. Anticipated time on study treatment is up to approximately 2.5 years. After maintenance or observation, participants will be followed for 5 years until progression. After progression, participants will be followed for new anti-lymphoma therapy and overall survival until the end of the study.
Combination Chemotherapy and Pralatrexate as First-Line Therapy in Treating Patients With Non-Hodgkin...
Anaplastic Large Cell LymphomaAngioimmunoblastic T-cell Lymphoma2 moreThis phase II trial studies how well combination chemotherapy and pralatrexate works in treating patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing

Acute Myeloid LeukemiaAcute Lymphoid Leukemia6 moreThe main purpose of this trial is to assess the efficacy and safety of sitagliptin in enhancing engraftment following umbilical cord blood transplantation (recovery of blood counts after transplant).
Study of PNT2258 for Treatment of Relapsed or Refractory Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
LymphomaNon-Hodgkin'sThis study is sponsored by Sierra Oncology, Inc. formerly ProNAi Therapeutics, Inc. It study is a multi-center, nonrandomized, open-label, pilot Phase II investigation of PNT2258 to characterize anti-tumor activity and collect safety data on patients with relapsed or refractory lymphoma.
Safety and Efficacy Study of BCD-020 in Therapy of Indolent Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
Follicular Non-Hodgkin's LymphomaNodal Marginal Zone Lymphoma1 moreThis international multi-center, randomized, controlled, open-label study investigated the pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, efficacy and safety of BCD-020 (INN: rituximab, CJSC Biocad) versus MabThera® (INN: rituximab, F. Hoffmann La Roche, Ltd.) both administered as a monotherapy of patients with indolent non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Patients were randomized to receive 375 mg/m² BCD-020 as intravenous infusion once a week for 4 weeks or MabThera® at the same regimen.
Brentuximab Vedotin and Bendamustine for the Treatment of Hodgkin Lymphoma and Anaplastic Large...
Hodgkin LymphomaAnaplastic Large Cell LymphomaThis is a phase 1/2 multicenter study to assess the safety and effectiveness of brentuximab vedotin and bendamustine, when given together, in patients with Hodgkin Lymphoma or Anaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma (ALCL) that has either returned or did not respond to initial treatment(s). Patients will be accrued at Columbia University Medical Center (CUMC) and at two subsites in Canada.
