MIL62 Combined With Lenalidomide Versus Lenalidomide for Patients With Rituximab Refractory Follicular...
Follicular Lymphoma and Marginal Zone LymphomaThis phase III trial aims to compare the efficacy and safety of MIL62 combined lenalidomide and lenalidomide alone to treat patient diagnosed with Follicular Lymphoma (FL) and refractory to rituximab. The study randomized patients with a 1:1 ratio to receive either MIL62 plus lenalidomide or lenalidomide.
Study of VAY736 as Single Agent and in Combination With Select Antineoplastic Agents in Patients...
Non-Hodgkin LymphomaDiffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma3 moreThe purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics (PK), immunogenicity and preliminary efficacy of VAY736 alone or in combination with other therapies in patients with NHL in a platform trial.
Obinutuzumab in Combination With Lenalidomide in Relapsed or Refractory Marginal Zone Lymphoma
Marginal Zone LymphomaThis is a prospective, multicenter clinical study that will enroll 59 patients with relapsed and refractory (R/R) MZL. The study is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of the combination of obinutuzumab and lenalidomide in the treatment of relapsed and refractory marginal zone lymphoma (MZL).
A Study of Response Adapted Ultra Low Dose 4 Gy Radiation for Definitive Therapy of Marginal Zone...
LymphomaTo learn if response-adapted, ultra-low dose radiation therapy can help to control MZL. This means participates first receive lower does of radiation therapy and then, based on how the disease responds, may receive higher doses after that.
ACE1831 in Adult Subjects With Relapsed/ Refractory CD20-expressing B-cell Malignancies
B-cell LymphomaNon Hodgkin Lymphoma4 moreACE1831 is an off-the-shelf, allogeneic gamma delta T (gdT) cell therapy derived from healthy donors, that is under investigation for the treatment of CD20-expressing B-cell malignancies. The ACE1831-001 study is an open-label, Phase I, first-in-human (FIH) study that aims to evaluate the safety and tolerability, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, and efficacy of ACE1831 in patients with CD20-expressing Non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
Mosunetuzumab-Lenalidomide Versus Investigator Choices in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Marginal...
Marginal Zone LymphomaThis is an open label, multi-center, international, randomized phase III trial to compare the efficacy of Mosunetuzumab-Lenalidomide with investigator choices exclusively in R/R MZL patients. Patients with a proven diagnosis of EMZL, SMZL or NMZL subtypes and previously treated with at least one prior systemic treatment and not more than three prior lines are eligible. Previous treatment line must include at least one systemic line with a drug targeting CD20 (monoclonal antibody at least 2 cycles) with or without chemotherapy (R-CHOP, R-Bendamustine, R-CVP, R-Chlorambucil at least 2 cycles) or targeted treatment such as Ibrutinib. The patients will be Randomized as follows: Arm A - Experimental arm: • Mosunetuzumab-Lenalidomide Arm B - Comparator arms ( Investigator Choices): Rituximab-Lenalidomide Rituximab-Bendamustine Rituximab-CHOP
VR-CAP in the First-line Treatment for Patients With Marginal Zone Lymphoma
Marginal Zone LymphomaThis is a prospective single arm, multi-center, phase II clinical trial to observe the efficacy and safety of VR-CAP (Bortezomib and Rituximab-Cyclophosphamide, Epirubicin and Prednisone) in the first-line treatment for patients with marginal zone lymphoma.
A Study of Zanubrutinib Plus Anti-CD20 Versus Lenalidomide Plus Rituximab in Participants With Relapsed/Refractory...
Relapsed/Refractory Follicular LymphomaMarginal Zone LymphomaThe purpose of the study is to compare the efficacy of zanubrutinib plus obinutuzumab versus lenalidomide plus rituximab (R^2) in participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) follicular lymphoma (FL), as measured by progression-free survival as determined by an independent review committee in accordance with the 2014 modification of the International Working Group on non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) Criteria based on n positron emission tomography and computed tomography (PET/CT), and to compare the efficacy of zanubrutinib plus rituximab versus R^2 in participants with R/R marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), as measured by progression free survival (PFS) assessed by IRC in accordance with CT-based Lugano 2014 Criteria.
ALX148, Rituximab and Lenalidomide for the Treatment of Indolent and Aggressive B-cell Non-Hodgkin...
Aggressive B-Cell Non-Hodgkin LymphomaAnn Arbor Stage III Grade 2 Follicular Lymphoma18 moreThis phase I/II trial finds out the best dose, possible benefits and/or side effects of ALX148 in combination with rituximab and lenalidomide in treating patients with indolent and aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Immunotherapy with ALX148, may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Chemotherapy drugs, such as lenalidomide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Rituximab is a monoclonal antibody that binds to a protein called CD20 found on B-cells, and may kill cancer cells. Giving ALX148 in combination with rituximab and lenalidomide may help to control the disease.
CpG-STAT3 siRNA CAS3/SS3 and Localized Radiation Therapy for the Treatment of Relapsed/Refractory...
Recurrent B-Cell Non-Hodgkin LymphomaRecurrent Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma18 moreThis phase I trial identifies the best dose and side effects of CpG-STAT3 siRNA CAS3/SS3 (CAS3/SS3) in combination with localized radiation therapy in treating patients with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). CAS3/SS3 simultaneously targets two molecules, TLR9 receptor and STAT3. This investigational drug combines a CpG oligonucleotide and an siRNA in one molecule that act together to interfere with the ability of the cancer cells to grow. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Giving CAS3/SS3 with localized radiation therapy may kill more cancer cells.
