Lymphomas Non-Hodgkin's B-CellDiffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)4 moreThis Phase 1, single centre, open label dose escalation study aims to identify a safe dose of third-generation anti-CD19 CAR T-cells (WZTL-002) in the treatment of patients with relapsed or refractory (r/r) B-cell Non Hodgkin Lymphoma, for use in further efficacy trials. An expansion cohort will assess automated closed-system manufacture of WZTL-002 and outpatient management of participants.
Study of a Triple Combination Therapy, DTRM-555, in Patients With R/R CLL or R/R Non-Hodgkin's Lymphomas...
Relapsed Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaRefractory Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia3 moreTargeted drug therapies have greatly improved outcomes for patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R) chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. However, single drug therapies have limitations, therefore, the current study is evaluating a novel oral combination of targeted drugs as a way of overcoming these limitations. This study will determine the efficacy of the triple combination therapy, DTRM-555, in patients with R/R CLL or R/R non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.

Mature B-Cell NeoplasmNon Hodgkin Lymphoma26 moreThe purpose of this study is to evaluate safety and tolerability and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended dose (RD) of SGR-1505.
A Study of Mosunetuzumab in People With Follicular Lymphoma
Follicular LymphomaLymphomaThe purpose of this study is to find out if mosunetuzumab is an effective treatment in people with follicular lymphoma that was recently diagnosed and have not yet received any treatments for their disease.
NKTR-255 in Combination With CAR-T Cell Therapy for the Treatment of Relapsed or Refractory Large...
Recurrent Diffuse Large B-Cell LymphomaRecurrent Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma9 moreThis phase Ib trial studies the effects of NKTR-255 in combination with chimeric antigen (CAR)-T cell therapy and to see how well they work in treating patients with large B-cell lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). NKTR-255 is an investigational IL-15 receptor agonist designed to boost the immune system's natural ability to fight cancer. T cells are infection fighting blood cells that can kill tumor cells. Lisocabtagene maraleucel is a CAR-T cell product that consists of genetically engineered T cells, modified to recognize CD19, a protein on the surface of cancer cells. These CD19-specific T cells may help the body's immune system identify and kill CD19-positive cancer cells. Giving NKTR-255 together with lisocabtagene maraleucel may work better in treating large B-cell lymphoma than either drug alone.

Acute Myeloid LeukemiaB-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma8 moreThis is a Phase 1 dose-escalation study of PRT1419, a myeloid cell leukemia-1 (MCL-1) inhibitor, in participants with selected relapsed/refractory myeloid or B-cell malignancies. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of PRT1419 monotherapy and in combination with either azacitidine or venetoclax, describe any dose limiting toxicities (DLTs), define the dosing schedule, and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D).
Glofit and Obin in Follicular Lymphoma and Marginal Zone Lymphoma
Follicular LymphomaMarginal Zone Lymphoma1 moreThe purpose of this study is to determine how effective and safe the combination of glofitamab and obinutuzumab is in treating patients with Follicular Lymphoma (FL) and Marginal Zone Lymphoma (MZL) who have not received other treatments for their lymphoma. The names of the study drugs involved in this study are: Glofitamab (a type of immunotherapy) Obinutuzumab (a type of immunotherapy)

Shortened vs Standard Chemotherapy Combined With Immunotherapy for the Initial Treatment of Patients...
Follicular LymphomaFIL_FOLL19 is an open-label, multicenter, randomized phase III trial. The sponsor of this clinical trial is Fondazione Italiana Linfomi (FIL). The Primary Objective of the study is to demonstrate that, in patients with newly diagnosed, advanced stage Follicular Lymphoma (FL) with high tumor burden according to the Groupe d'Etude des Lymphomes Folliculaires (GELF) criteria, a treatment strategy that reduces the number of chemotherapy cycles in case of early response to immunochemotherapy is not inferior compared to standard therapy at full dose in terms of Progression-Free Survival (PFS).
