NKTR-255 in Relapsed/Refractory Multiple Myeloma & Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma

Multiple MyelomaNon-Hodgkin Lymphoma1 more

Patients will receive intravenous (IV) NKTR-255 in 21 or 28 day treatment cycles. During the Part 1 dose escalation portion of the trial, patients will either receive NKTR-255 as monotherapy, NKTR-255 administered as a doublet with daratumumab subcutaneous (DARZALEX FASPRO TM), or NKTR-255 administered as a doublet with rituximab. After determination of the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of NKTR-255, NKTR-255 will be evaluated in Part 2. During the Part 2 dose expansion portion of the trial, patients will either receive NKTR-255 as monotherapy, NKTR-255 administered as a doublet with daratumumab subcutaneous (DARZALEX FASPRO TM), or NKTR-255 administered as a doublet with rituximab. This is a Phase 1 study to evaluate safety and tolerability of NKTR-255 alone and in combination with daratumumab or rituximab.

A Study of TAK-981 Given With Rituximab in Adults With Relapsed or Refractory CD20-Positive Non-Hodgkin...

LymphomaNon-Hodgkin

This study is about a medicine called TAK-981 given with rituximab, used to treat adults with relapsed or refractory CD20-positive non-Hodgkin lymphoma. This study has 2 parts. The main aims of the study are: To check for side effects from treatment with TAK-981 given with rituximab. To check how much TAK-981 participants can tolerate. To check if participants with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma or follicular lymphoma respond well to treatment. Participants will receive TAK-981 and rituximab in 21-day cycles. They will continue treatment for about 12 months unless their condition gets worse (disease progression), they cannot tolerate the treatment, or they leave the study for certain reasons.

Study to Describe the Interaction Between Tazemetostat and Itraconazole and Between Tazemetostat...

All MalignanciesAdvanced Malignancies10 more

The participants of this study will have advanced malignancies (also known as advanced cancer). The main aim of this trial will be to study the blood levels (known as pharmacokinetics) of the tazemtostat (the study drug) when administered in combination with another drug. Part 1 of the study will evaluate the interaction between the drugs tazemetostat and itraconazole. Part 2 of the study will evaluate the interaction between the drugs tazemetostat and rifampin For both Parts 1 and 2, safety and the level that effects of the study drug can be tolerated (known as tolerability) will be assessed throughout.

A Study of MabThera/Rituxan (Rituximab) in Patients With Relapsed Centroblastic Centrocytic Non-Hodgkin's...

Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

This study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of MabThera/Rituxan in patients with relapsed low-grade centroblastic centrocytic non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Patients will receive once-weekly intravenous MabThera/Rituxan for 4 weeks; responding patients will be treated a second time in case of relapse (defined as progression after complete or partial response). The anticipated time on study treatment is <3 months.

Iodine-131 Anti-B1 Antibody Consolidation for Patients With Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma Following First-line...

LymphomaNon-Hodgkin

This is a multicenter study for the long-term follow-up of surviving patients who are expected to complete or who have completed at least two years of follow-up after treatment with Iodine I 131 Tositumomab (BEXXAR) on studies CP-97-011, CP-98-025, CP-99-032, or CP-99-036. All patients will be assessed for survival and disease status, including subsequent therapy for Diffuse Large B-cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL), and for long-term safety. Additionally laboratory evaluations consisting of a thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) level and a complete blood cell (CBC) count with a differential and platelet count will be obtained annually. Additionally, patients who remain in long-term response following Iodine I 131 Tositumomab treatment will be followed for response and progression.
