This study evaluates ADCT-402 in participants with Relapsed or Refractory B-cell Lineage Non Hodgkin Lymphoma (B-NHL). Participants will participate in a dose escalation phase (Part 1) and dose expansion (Part 2). In Part 2, participants will receive the dose level identified in Part 1.

The purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of SyB L-0501 (two-day consecutive 90 mg/m2/day IV drip infusions) in combination with rituximab (375 mg/m2 IV drip infusion) on untreated, low-grade B cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma and mantle cell lymphoma where hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is not indicated.

The purpose of this study is to learn the effects of brentuximab vedotin (SGN-35), an investigational medication, on patients with cutaneous T cell lymphoma (CTCL), specifically mycosis fungoides (MF) and Sezary syndrome (SS). Despite a wide range of therapeutic options, the treatments are associated with short response duration, thus this condition is largely incurable. This investigational drug may offer less toxicity than standard treatments and have better tumor specific targeting.
