CELTIC-1: A Phase 2B Study of Cerdulatinib in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory Peripheral T-Cell...
Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma (PTCL NOS)Nodal Lymphomas of T Follicular Helper (TFH)8 moreThis is an open-label, multinational study of cerdulatinib in patients with relapsed/refractory PTCL dosed with cerdulatinb, designed to (1) Evaluate tumor response, (2) Assess the safety and tolerability of cerdulatinib, (3) Evaluate duration of response (DUR), progression free survival (PFS) and overall survival(OS), (4) Determine the PK properties of cerdulatinib, (5) Evaluate the efficacy endpoints based on Lugano criteria per IRC and (6)To assess the relationship between target expression (e.g., spleen tyrosine kinase [SYK], Janus kinase [JAK]) and relevant anomalies (e.g., SYK-ITK translocation, mutations in the JAK/STAT pathway) with clinical response.
Single or Double Donor Umbilical Cord Blood Transplant in Treating Patients With High-Risk Hematologic...
Accelerated Phase Chronic Myelogenous LeukemiaAcute Myeloid Leukemia With Multilineage Dysplasia Following Myelodysplastic Syndrome53 moreThis study will determine the safety and applicability of experimental forms of umbilical cord blood (UCB) transplantation for patients with high risk hematologic malignancies who might benefit from a hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HSCT) but who do not have a standard donor option (no available HLA-matched related donor (MRD), HLA-matched unrelated donor (MUD)), or single UCB unit with adequate cell number and HLA-match).
A Phase 3 Trial of E7777 in Combination With CHOP Compared With CHOP Alone for the First-Line Treatment...
Peripheral T-Cell LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to evaluate whether treatment of E7777 in combination with CHOP has superior efficacy compared with CHOP alone in improving complete response rate (CRR) in first line treatment of subjects with Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma (PTCL).
Genetically Modified Peripheral Blood Stem Cell Transplant in Treating Patients With HIV-Associated...
Adult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell LymphomaAIDS-related Diffuse Large Cell Lymphoma43 moreThis clinical trial studies genetically modified peripheral blood stem cell transplant in treating patients with HIV-associated non-Hodgkin or Hodgkin lymphoma. Giving chemotherapy before a peripheral stem cell transplant stops the growth of cancer cells by stopping them from dividing or killing them. After treatment, stem cells are collected from the patient's blood and stored. More chemotherapy or radiation therapy is then given to prepare the bone marrow for the stem cell transplant. Laboratory-treated stem cells are then returned to the patient to replace the blood-forming cells that were destroyed by the chemotherapy and radiation therapy
Effectiveness of Imiquimod Topical Cream in Early Stage Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma
Mycosis FungoidesThis study is being conducted by Brian Poligone, MD PhD. The purpose of this study is to determine safety, effectiveness, and tolerability of two topical therapies, imiquimod and fluocinonide, for patients with early stage Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma (CTCL).
PLM60 for Peripheral T Cell Lymphoma (PTCL)
Peripheral T Cell LymphomaThis is a Phase 1-2, randomized, multicenter, open label study of PLM60 administered via intravenous (IV) infusion in 28 day treatment cycles to adult participants with relapsed or refractory Peripheral T Cell Lymphoma (PTCL).
Therapeutic Efficacy of Topical Sirolimus in Early Stage Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma (CTCL)
Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma (CTCL)The purpose of this study is to determine whether sirolimus reduces the symptoms of cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL) and whether it causes any side effects.
Circulating Tumor DNA Sequencing in Patients With Peripheral T-cell Lymphomas
Peripheral T Cell LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to assess the feasibility of analyzing circulating tumor DNA (ctDNA) as a biomarker using the shallow whole genome sequencing (lpWGS) technique coupled with deep sequencing of a targeted panel of genes (NGS), in a population of patients with newly diagnosed or relapsed/refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL).
Radiation Therapy Plus Durvalumab for Tumor-Stage Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma
Cutaneous T Cell LymphomaThis is a single arm, single stage pilot study of radiation therapy plus durvalumab for tumor-stage cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (CTCL).
Recalcitrant Pruritus in Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma
Cutaneous T-Cell LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to define the mechanisms that underlie the refractory pruritus (itch) in Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma (CTCL).
