Phase I Trial of Selinexor (KPT-330) and Ifosfamide, Carboplatin, Etoposide (ICE) in Peripheral...
Peripheral T-cell LymphomaThis is a single center, open-label, phase I trial with a standard 3+3 dose escalation schema to identify the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of selinexor when combined with ICE. Once MTD is determined, there will be an expansion phase and tumor biopsies and peripheral blood will be taken pre and post selinexor to examine the study's biologic objectives.

Pegaspargase and Methotrexate Based Regimens for Newly Diagnosed Extranodal NK/T Cell Lymphoma
Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-Cell LymphomaExtranodal NK/T cell lymphoma is an aggressive tumor with higher incidence in Asia.Traditional CHOP/CHOP-like regiment can't produce satisfied outcome for the patients. Asparaginase-based treatment has been demonstrated as promising response rate and survival superiority. Stage-specified regimen may bring out exciting efficacy with good safety.

Combination Therapy With Carfilzomib, Romidepsin, Lenalidomide in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory...
T-cell LymphomasRelapsed or RefractoryThis is an open label phase Ib/IIa study of patients with relapsed/refractory B- and T-cell lymphomas who are treated with carfilzomib, lenalidomide and romidepsin in a 3+3 design. The phase IIa portion of the study will involve a dose expansion at the MTD to better characterize the efficacy and to inform further disease specific studies.

Safety and Efficacy of Tenalisib (RP6530) in Combination With Romidepsin in Patients With Relapsed/Refractory...
T Cell LymphomaTo characterize safety, tolerability and to establish the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) of Tenalisib in combination with Romidepsin in patients with R/R T-cell lymphoma.

CC486-CHOP in Patients With Previously Untreated Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma
Previously Untreated Peripheral T-cell LymphomaThis is a phase II, multi-center study to determine the efficacy and safety of first-line CC-486 plus CHOP in patients with PTCL who have received no prior systemic therapy. The study has a sample size of 20, and follows two-stage minimax design for primary efficacy analysis.

Anlotinib for Advanced and Refractory Natural Killer /T-cell Lymphoma
Natural Killer/T-Cell LymphomaNasal and Nasal-TypeThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of anlotinib in patients with stage IV extranodal natural killer/T-cell lymphoma, nasal type.

Combined Treatment of Sintilimab, Peg-aspargase Plus Anlotinib in NK/T Cell Lymphoma
Natural Killer/T-Cell LymphomaNasal and Nasal-Type7 moreThis study aims to investigate the treatment of previously untreated stage I-II Extranodal NK/T Cell Lymphoma with sintilimab, peg-aspargase and anlotinib, "sandwich" with radiotherapy. The primary endpoint is the complete response rate (CRR) at the end of the treatment, and the second endpoints are CRR after two cycles of the combined regimen (CRR2), overall response rate (ORR) at the end of the treatment, survival time (OS and PFS) and toxicities.

Donor T Cells After Donor Stem Cell Transplant in Treating Patients With Hematologic Malignancies...
Accelerated Phase Chronic Myelogenous LeukemiaAdult Acute Myeloid Leukemia With 11q23 (MLL) Abnormalities62 moreThis pilot phase II trial studies how well giving donor T cells after donor stem cell transplant works in treating patients with hematologic malignancies. In a donor stem cell transplant, the donated stem cells may replace the patient's immune cells and help destroy any remaining cancer cells (graft-versus-tumor effect). Giving an infusion of the donor's T cells (donor lymphocyte infusion) after the transplant may help increase this effect.

Study of IPI-145 in Combination With Rituximab or Bendamustine/Rituximab in Hematologic Malignancies...
LymphomaChronic Lymphocytic Leukemia2 moreThe goal of this study is to characterize the safety, maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and preliminary efficacy profile of IPI-145 given in combination with rituximab, or bendamustine plus rituximab, to subjects with select relapsed/refractory hematologic malignancies.

Phase I/II Clinical Study of Pralatrexate in Japanese Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Peripheral...
Peripheral T-cell LymphomaPhase I portion: To evaluate the safety and tolerability of pralatrexate with concurrent vitamin B12 and folic acid supplementation in Japanese patients with relapsed or refractory PTCL and to determine the recommended dosage. Also, to evaluate pharmacokinetics. Phase II portion: To evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of the recommended dosage regimen determined in the phase I portion. The primary efficacy endpoint shall be objective response rate (ORR).
