RAD001 Combined With CHOP in Newly Diagnosed Peripheral T-cell Lymphomas
Peripheral T Cell Lymphoma UnspecifiedAnaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma3 moreThe urgent need for new effective therapy for T-cell lymphoma patients and promising results observed so far in trials with RAD001(everolimus, mTOR inhibitor) strongly warrants the investigation of RAD001 combined with CHOP as a first-line treatment in peripheral T-cell lymphoma patients. Thus, we designed a phase I/II study with the combination of RAD001 with CHOP chemotherapy for newly diagnosed peripheral T-cell lymphoma patients. Phase I Primary objective : To define the maximum tolerable dose Secondary objective To evaluate the dose-limiting toxicity To evaluate the pharmacokinetics of RAD001 Pharmacogenomic profiling Phase II Primary objective : To evaluate the overall response rate Secondary objective To estimate the time to progression To estimate overall survival Pharmacogenomic profiling
Concomitant Chemo-radiotherapy Followed by MIDLE Chemotherapy in Stage I/II Extranodal NK/T-cell...
Extranodal NK-T-Cell LymphomaNasal and Nasal-TypeThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of concomitant chemoradiation followed by MIDLE chemotherapy for stage I/II extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma.
Panobinostat in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma
Adult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell LymphomaAnaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma19 morePanobinostat may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. This phase II trial is studying how well panobinostat works in treating patients with relapsed or refractory non-Hodgkin lymphoma
HuMax-CD4 in Non-Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma
T Cell LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to assess the safety and efficacy of treatment of non-cutaneous T-cell lymphoma with treatment with CD4.
Concomitant Chemo-radiotherapy Plus VIDL Chemotherapy in NK/T-cell Lymphoma
NK/T-cell Lymphoma of Nasal CavityThis study is to evaluate the efficacy of risk-adapted treatment strategy for stage I/II extranodal NK/T cell lymphoma. The risk stratification is based on the Korean NK prognostic index. Thus, the group I/II will receive concomitant chemoradiation followed by VIDL chemotherapy. The group III/IV will receive high dose-chemotherapy followed by autologous stem cell transplantation after the completion of VIDL chemotherapy.
Sunitinib Malate in Treating HIV-Positive Patients With Cancer Receiving Antiretroviral Therapy...
Accelerated Phase Chronic Myelogenous LeukemiaAcute Myeloid Leukemia With Multilineage Dysplasia Following Myelodysplastic Syndrome87 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and the best dose of sunitinib malate in treating human immunodeficiency virus (HIV)-positive patients with cancer receiving antiretroviral therapy. Sunitinib malate may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth and by blocking blood flow to the tumor.
Study of Oral LBH589 in Adult Patients With Refractory Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma
Cutaneous T-Cell LymphomaThis study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of LBH489B in adult patients with refractory Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma.
Alemtuzumab and CHOP Chemotherapy for Aggressive Histological Peripheral T-Cell Lymphomas
Peripheral T-cell LymphomasThe primary objectives of this study are to: establish the safety and dose limiting toxicities of combining alemtuzumab with CHOP chemotherapy for patients with newly diagnosed aggressive T-cell lymphomas; and to measure the pharmacokinetics of alemtuzumab used in different subcutaneous doses and schedules. This will then determine the dose with the highest achievable drug levels with acceptable toxicities worthy of further investigation. The secondary objectives are to: establish the efficacy of combination alemtuzumab with CHOP chemotherapy; and to measure the effects of combination alemtuzumab with CHOP chemotherapy on T-cell reconstitution and cytomegalovirus (CMV) reactivation.
Alefacept in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma or Peripheral...
LymphomaRATIONALE: Combinations of biological substances in alefacept may be able to carry cancer-killing substances directly to cancer cells. PURPOSE: This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of alefacept in treating patients with relapsed or refractory cutaneous T-cell lymphoma or peripheral T-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Dasatinib in Treating Patients With Solid Tumors or Lymphomas That Are Metastatic or Cannot Be Removed...
Adult Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in RemissionAdult B Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia83 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of dasatinib in treating patients with solid tumors or lymphomas that are metastatic or cannot be removed by surgery. Dasatinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
