LymphomaNon-Hodgkin

This is a first-in human, open-label, Phase 1 dose-escalation study in order to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) for intravenous (IV) and/or subcutaneous (SC) dosing schemes of this combination treatment, and to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, and preliminary anti-tumor activity of this combination treatment in participants with relapsed/refractory B-cell non Hodgkin lymphoma (r/r NHL).

Genotype-guided Treatment in DLBCL

Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma

A multicenter, prospective, randomized, open-label, controlled trial to evaluate the efficacy and safety of genotype-guided targeted agents plus rituximab-cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone (R-CHOP-X) versus rituximab-cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine, and prednisone (R-CHOP) in patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma

Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the preliminary efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of glofitamab (glofit) in combination with rituximab plus ifosfamide, carboplatin, and etoposide (R-ICE) in participants with relapsed or refractory (R/R) diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), who have failed one prior line of therapy incorporating an anti-cluster of differentiation (CD) 20 antibody (i.e., rituximab) and an anthracycline, and who are transplant or chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR-T) therapy eligible, defined as being medically eligible for intensive platinum-based salvage therapy followed by autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) or for CAR-T therapy.

ZR2 Followed by Immunochemotherapy in Elderly Patients With Newly-diagnosed DLBCL

Diffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma

As the most common subtype of lymphoma, diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is an aggressive but potentially curable malignancy. The poor prognosis of elderly DLBCL patients may be related to the biological behavior of the disease, more comorbidities, poor performance status, and inability to tolerate standard-intensity immunochemotherapy. The investigators plan to use ZR2 regimen(rituximab, lenalidomide and zanubrutinib) for 2 cycles followed by immunochemotherapy for up to 4 cycles in elderly newly diagnosed DLBCL patients.

Hematological MalignancyLymphoma

This is a phase Ia/Ib, first-in-Human, open-Label, multicenter, dose escalation and dose expansion study designed to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, immunogenicity, and preliminary efficacy of SG2501 in subjects with relapsed or refractory hematological malignancies and lymphoma.

Multiple MyelomaLymphoma

This is a multicenter prospective study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of chemotherapy combined with a single dose of subcutaneous(SC) injection mecapegfilgrastim on day 2 or day 5 after chemotherapy for autologous peripheral blood stem cell (PBSC) mobilization in patients with multiple myeloma or lymphoma.

Burkitt LymphomaLymphoblastic Lymphoma3 more

This study is an observational study on the efficacy and safety of auto-HSCT in adult patients with Burkitt lymphoma, lymphoblastic lymphoma, and acute lymphoblastic leukemia who received TCCA conditioning regimen. The study plans to include 28 patients who received the TCCA regimen for pre-transplantation pretreatment before auto-HSCT. Maintenance treatment will be carried out after transplantation for 1 year to observe the efficacy and safety.

Efficacy of Consolidative Involved-site Radiotherapy for Patients With Limited-stage Follicular...

Follicular Lymphoma

Radiotherapy (RT) is an important option for patients with limited stage FL. The recommended approach for patients with limited stage FL by The National Comprehensive Cancer Network (NCCN) is 24Gy~30Gy consolidation RT following effective systemic therapy. There is no universal consensus for a ''standard'' RT field size in the treatment of limited stage FL. The involved-site radiotherapy (ISRT) has been treated effectively for these patients. However, the certain target volumes of ISRT need to be defined for patients with limited stage FL after effective chemotherapy.

Lymphoma

The purpose of this study is to find out what effects new combinations of treatment will have this disease. New promising treatment strategies will be added to this study as they are available to be compared against the standard treatment.
