A Retrospective Study of Toxicity and Outcome of High Dose Chemotherapy With Autologous Stem Cell...
Hodgkin LymphomaThe majority of patients with Hodgkin Lymphoma (HL)are cured with radiation therapy and/or combination chemotherapy. However, patients who relapse after attaining a complete remission with chemotherapy and those with primary refractory disease have a poor outcome with conventional chemotherapy regimens. Treatment results with standard-dose second-line regimens produce low complete remission rates and minimal survival benefit. Single institution studies have shown better outcome after autologous stem cell transplant in this group of patients when compared to historical controls receiving conventional treatment. In this retrospective review, we aim to analyze outcome and determine independent prognostic factors which would correlate with the long-term outcome of patients with HL who received an autologous stem cell transplant in the past at the Royal Marsden Hospital Eligible patients (those on current-follow-up) identified from the transplant database will be eligible for the study. Accrual of eligible patients currently under follow-up will be performed in clinic at the time of next appointment. All patients accrued will give informed consent to participate in the study for retrospective case note review, after discussion with a study investigator and after receiving a study information sheet. The results of the analysis will be published in a peer-reviewed medical journal.
Remission Evaluation Before Intensified Treatment in Lymphoma: Impact of Positron Emission Tomography...
LymphomaThis randomised study aimed at evaluating the medical and economical impact of positron emission tomography (PET) using fluorine-18-fluoro-deoxyglucose (FDG) in the therapeutic prescription in patients with Hodgkin's lymphoma or with large B and P cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. The median progression free survival, the costs and the quality of life are compared between two groups : Group 1: the results of conventional staging and of the PET are known before stem cell transplantation. Group 2: only the results of conventional staging before stem cell transplantation are known before stem cell transplantation.
In Vitro Evaluation of Immune Responses in Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma (CTCL)

T-cell LymphomaB-Cell Lymphoma2 moreThis protocol is being submitted to consolidate, update, and expand two previously approved protocols (77-C-0066 and 82-C-0044) into a single protocol. The purpose of this study is to examine the factors involved in the regulation of the immune system of healthy individuals and to define the abnormalities in this regulation that underlies the immunological disorders of patients with a variety of immunodeficiency and malignant disorders. The studies will include the ex vivo phenotypic and functional analysis of the network of cells involved in humoral and cellular immune responses, and in vivo testing for the capacity to make delayed-type hypersensitivity and humoral responses following immunization with a variety of antigens. Individuals to be studied will include patients with a variety of malignancies and patients with primary and secondary immunodeficiency disorders. Selected family members or family members known to be genetic carriers of certain immunodeficiency diseases as well as normal, unrelated individuals will also be studied. A small number of procedures will be used including analysis of blood obtained by phlebotomy, apheresis, skin testing and recall antigens and immunization to assess humoral immunity....
Non-invasive Evaluation of Lymphoma Patients Based on Artificial Intelligence and PET/MRI
LymphomaNon Hodgkin Lymphoma1 more18F-FDG PET/MR imaging protocol integrating advanced MR vascular imaging sequences, along with computerized quantitative methods for data analysis, is expected to serve as an objective tool for assessment of lymphoma patients. The aim of this prospective study is to develop an automatic artificial intelligence-based tool for the assessment of early response to treatment and evaluation of residual masses in patients with lymphoma. Specific objectives are: To evaluate the added value of 18F-FDG PET/MRI compared with PET/CT in imaging lymphoma. To optimize PET/MR imaging protocol for lymphoma assessment. To develop an automated tool for staging patients with lymphoma. To develop an automated method for early prediction of response to therapy and prognosis in patients with lymphoma. To develop an automated non-invasive tool for discriminating benign from active residual masses at end of treatment in patients with lymphoma.
Interest of a Systematic One-year Monitoring by 18F-FDG PET-CT
Malignant LymphomaRelapsed Non Hodgkin Lymphoma3 moreIn the study, we aimed to characterize the role of FDG PET/CT surveillance at 12 months of malignant lymphoma in asymptomatic patients after a first complete remission and to define a rational follow-up strategy.

Observatory of Patients With Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia / Lymphocytic Lymphoma or Waldenstrom...
Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaLymphocytic Lymphoma or Waldenstrom DiseaseThe COVID-19 epidemic (Coronavirus Disease 2019) which is currently raging in France is an emerging infectious disease linked to a virus of the genus coronavirus (SARS-CoV-2). The first cases were reported in Wuhan, China, in late December 2019 [1]. Globally, it has been placed in the "pandemic" stage by the WHO since March 11, 2020. Coronavirus viruses have been responsible for epidemics in the past such as the SARS epidemic in 2002 (Syndrome Severe Acute Respiratory) linked to the SARS-CoV virus, or the epidemic of MERS (Middle East Respiratory Syndrome) that affected the Middle East in 2012. Patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) / lymphocytic lymphoma or Waldenstrom Disease (WD) therefore represent a population at high risk of developing a severe form in the event of COVID-19 infection. To date, no data is available in the literature to assess the impact of the COVID-19 epidemic in this population of patients with CLL / lymphocytic lymphoma or WD.

Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaLymphoblastic LymphomaThis study is an Expanded Access Protocol (EAP) of JZP458 in participants with ALL/LBL who are hypersensitive to an E.coli-derived asparaginase (allergic reaction or silent inactivation) and unable to access alternative licensed treatment, to receive JZP458 treatment prior to potential Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approval and commercial availability.
Role of [18F]-FDG Brain PET in Newly Diagnosed Primary Cerebral Lymphoma, in Immunocompetent Patient...
Primary Central Nervous System LymphomaPatients older than 60 years account for half of cases of Primary Central Nervous System Lymphoma (PCNSL) and have a poorer outcome. No prognostic or predictive factors exist for survival after initial remission. 18F-2-fluoro-2-deoxy-D-glucose fluorodeoxyglucose - Positron Emission Tomography ([18F]FDG-PET) plays a key role in grading and therapy monitoring of systemic diffuse large B-cell type. LOCALYZE is an ancillary Positron Emission Tomography / Magnetic Resonance (PET/MR) clinical study from BLOCAGE 01 (Pr Hoang-Xuan). The aim is to evaluate the usefulness of [18F]FDG-PET to monitor treatment response in PCNSL older than 60 years (n=56), in complement to multiparametric Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Hypothesis The investigators assume that the development of new imaging biomarker extracted from PET imaging and multiparametric MRI, could improve the assessment of treatment response in PCNSL.
