Mycosis FungoidesThe Valchlor PROVe study is a multi-center, prospective, observational, US-based drug study that longitudinally follows patients with Mycosis Fungoides Cutaneous T-cell Lymphoma (MF-CTCL) who are receiving therapy with Valchlor. Patients will be followed prospectively for a maximum of 2 years from the date of signed informed consent (enrollment) until end of study. Continuation in the study is not contingent on continuation of Valchlor.
High Risk Adult T-cell Leukemia/Lymphoma (ATLL-HR) and Allogeneic Transplant
T-cell LymphomaLeukaemiaPatients are recruited at diagnosis or at relapse of ATLL-HR in French Caribbean islands and Guyana. They all receive Zidovudine and Pegylated Interferon (ZPI). For patients younger than 65 years old, an allogeneic donor is searching out. Patients included at relapse and with lymphoma clinico-biological subtype also receive chemotherapy (CT). Responses are assessed during ZPI+/-CT and eligible patients (depending on age, comorbidities and response criteria) receive allogeneic transplant. Patient follow-up is planned for 3 years old

Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL) and Lymphoblastic Lymphoma Gait Parameters Study
Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaChildhood Lymphoblastic LymphomaThis purpose of this study it to characterize the walking patterns of children diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (ALL)and Lymphoblastic Lymphoma (LL) at different times in the treatment protocol and after completion of treatment. Their walking patterns will be compared to children without ALL or LL to see if their walking patterns are different at specific times in their treatment program or up to 10 years after completion of their treatment. The investigators will gather data by observing how the child walks, runs, hops on one foot and climbs stairs and by recording walking patterns on a pressure sensitive mat. The investigators will compare this data to children without ALL and LL.

Factors responsible for MTX accumulation are partly known but some patients still experience toxicity despite adequate measures being taken. Our hypothesis is that renal tubular secretion may be impaired in these patients. This study aims at evaluating the performance of the UCP ratio (urinary ratio of coproporphyrins), a putative biomarker of tubular secretion, in predicting delayed MTX elimination.

Non-Hodgkins LymphomaThere has been considerable international /national interest in the GEM-P regimen for treatment of patients with relapsed/refractory lymphoma. Currently, there is no accepted standard therapy for these patients. Since the publication of our experience with this regimen (Study with CCR ethics number 1857 closed to recruitment in July 2003:Ng M, Waters J, Cunningham D et al, Br J Cancer 2005;92:1352-7), we have treated relapsed/refractory lymphoma patients with this regimen and would like to undertake a retrospective review of a sub-group of these patients with diffuse large B cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Patients treated with GEM-P with or without Rituximab prior to March 2005 for refractory/relapsed DLBCL will be included in the analysis. Accrual of eligible patients currently under follow-up will be performed in clinic at the time of next appointment. All patients accrued will give informed consent for retrospective case note review, after discussion with a study investigator and after receiving a study information sheet. All eligible patients identified from the pharmacy database, and will be consented at the time of the next clinic appointment, if they are agreeable for the retrospective case note review.
