Monoclonal Antibody Therapy Before Stem Cell Transplant in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory...
Adult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell LymphomaAnaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma31 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of monoclonal antibody therapy before stem cell transplant in treating patients with relapsed or refractory lymphoid malignancies. Radiolabeled monoclonal antibodies, such as yttrium-90 anti-CD45 monoclonal antibody BC8, can find cancer cells and carry cancer-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. When the healthy stem cells from a donor are infused into the patient they may help the patient's bone marrow make stem cells, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. Giving radiolabeled monoclonal antibody before a stem cell transplant may be an effective treatment for relapsed or refractory lymphoid malignancies.
Gamma-Secretase Inhibitor RO4929097 in Treating Young Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Solid...
Childhood Atypical Teratoid/Rhabdoid TumorChildhood Central Nervous System Choriocarcinoma45 moreThis phase I/II clinical trial is studying the side effects and best dose of gamma-secretase inhibitor RO4929097 and to see how well it works in treating young patients with relapsed or refractory solid tumors, CNS tumors, lymphoma, or T-cell leukemia. Gamma-secretase inhibitor RO4929097 may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
Vorinostat and Lenalidomide in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Hodgkin Lymphoma or...
Adult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell LymphomaAnaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma29 moreRATIONALE: Vorinostat may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Giving vorinostat together with lenalidomide may kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of vorinostat when given together with lenalidomide in treating patients with relapsed or refractory Hodgkin lymphoma or non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
Lenalidomide With or Without Rituximab in Treating Patients With Progressive or Relapsed Chronic...
Adult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell LymphomaAnaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma32 moreThis phase II trial studies how well giving lenalidomide with or without rituximab works in treating patients with progressive or relapsed chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), prolymphocytic leukemia (PLL), or non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, can block cancer growth in different ways. Some block the ability of cancer to grow and spread. Others find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. Giving lenalidomide together with or without rituximab may kill more cancer cells.
MDX-010 in Treating Patients With Recurrent or Refractory Lymphoma
Adult Grade III Lymphomatoid GranulomatosisB-cell Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia21 moreBiological therapies, such as MDX-010, work in different ways to stimulate the immune system and stop cancer cells from growing. This phase I/II trial is studying the side effects and best dose of MDX-010 and to see how well it works in treating patients with recurrent or refractory B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Oxaliplatin, Ifosfamide and Etoposide in Treating Young Patients With Recurrent or Refractory Solid...
Angioimmunoblastic T-cell LymphomaB-cell Childhood Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia26 moreThis phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of oxaliplatin and etoposide in treating young patients with recurrent or refractory solid tumors or lymphomas. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as oxaliplatin and etoposide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Oxaliplatin may also help etoposide work better by making cancer cells more sensitive to the drug. Giving oxaliplatin together with etoposide may kill more cancer cells.
PXD101 and 17-N-Allylamino-17-Demethoxygeldanamycin in Treating Patients With Metastatic or Unresectable...
Adult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell LymphomaAnaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma59 moreThis phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of giving PDX101 together with 17-AAG in treating patients with metastatic or unresectable solid tumors or lymphoma. PDX101 may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth and by blocking blood flow to the cancer. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as 17-N-allylamino-17-demethoxygeldanamycin (17-AAG), work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving PXD101 together with 17-AAG may kill more cancer cells.
Flavopiridol in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Lymphoma or Multiple Myeloma
Adult Lymphocyte Depletion Hodgkin LymphomaAdult Lymphocyte Predominant Hodgkin Lymphoma26 moreThis phase I/II trial is studying the side effects and best dose of flavopiridol and to see how well it works in treating patients with lymphoma or multiple myeloma. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as flavopiridol, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing.

Adult Grade III Lymphomatoid GranulomatosisExtranodal Marginal Zone B-cell Lymphoma of Mucosa-associated Lymphoid Tissue32 moreThis phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of SB-715992 in treating patients with metastatic or unresectable solid tumors or Hodgkin's or non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as SB-715992, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing
Ipilimumab and Local Radiation Therapy in Treating Patients With Recurrent Melanoma, Non-Hodgkin...
Adult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell LymphomaAnaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma32 moreThis pilot phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best of dose ipilimumab when given together with local radiation therapy and to see how well it works in treating patients with recurrent melanoma, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, colon, or rectal cancer. Monoclonal antibodies, such as ipilimumab, can block cancer growth in different ways. Some block the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Others find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. Radiation therapy uses high energy x rays to kill cancer cells.
