Bevacizumab in Combination With Verteporfin Reduced and Standard Fluence in the Treatment of Hemorrhaged...
Macular DegenerationThe purpose of this study is to explore the combination of PDT with verteporfin at reduced and standard fluence rates, in conjunction with bevacizumab, in the treatment of subfoveal CNV of all subtypes with a high percentage of subretinal hemorrhage (hemorrhage >50% of total lesion area). To assess the safety of bevacizumab in combination with verteporfin PDT (reduced fluence: 300 mW/cm2) as compared to bevacizumab in combination with verteporfin PDT (standard fluence: 600 mW/cm2) in patients whose neovascular CNV lesions containing >50% blood.

Healthy VolunteersWet Age-related Macular DegenerationThe purpose of this study is to evaluate safety and tolerability after administration of KHK4951 in healthy volunteers and patients with wet age-related macular degeneration.
Study of WA-NG (NG-IMT) Telescope Prosthesis in Patients With End-stage Age-related Macular Degeneration...
Age Related Macular DegenerationThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of the updated Model WA-NG telescope prosthesis (hereafter WA-NG telescope), an injectable telescope device, in patients with bilateral moderate to profound central vision impairment due to end-stage age-related macular degeneration.
HORIZON: A Phase II Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of Two Doses of GT005
Dry Age-related Macular DegenerationThe purpose of this clinical study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of two doses of GT005 administered as a single subretinal injection in subjects with geographic atrophy secondary to age-related macular degeneration (AMD).
Effect on Pain and Inflammation With DEXTENZA Treatment in Patients Undergoing Intravitreal Anti-VEGF...
Neovascular Age-related Macular DegenerationDiabetic Macular Edema1 moreThis is an investigator initiated prospective open-label, within-patient, masked, randomized study in patients with neovascular AMD, DME, or RVO undergoing bilateral anti-VEGF injections. Patients will be randomized into two cohorts (Cohort 1 and Cohort 2) and then followed for 3 consecutive injection visits. Treatment will be rendered at each injection visit based on the individualized routine established anti-VEGF injection interval for each patient.
A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy and Safety of KSI-301, an Anti-VEGF Antibody Biopolymer Conjugate,...
Wet Macular DegenerationThis study will evaluate the efficacy, safety, durability, and pharmacokinetics of KSI-301 administered at 12, 16 and 20 weeks intervals as specified in the protocol, compared with aflibercept once every 8 weeks (Q8W), in participants with treatment-naïve neovascular (wet) age-related macular degeneration (nAMD).
A Multiple Dose Study of Repeat Intravitreal Injections of GEM103 in Neovascular Age-related Macular...
Neovascular Age-related Macular DegenerationRetinal Disease2 moreThis study is designed to investigate the safety and tolerability of GEM103 IVT injection + standard of care vs. sham + standard of care.
Deciphering AMD by Deep Phenotyping and Machine Learning- Prospective Study - PINNACLE
Age-related Macular DegenerationWe will conduct a prospective non-interventional study including 400 early AMD patients (=600 untreated early AMD eyes, including both unilateral (AREDS IV) and bilateral (≥AREDS II)) over a minimum of 1 year to specifically investigate the morphological sequence of events preceding the conversion towards late AMD. All patients will be followed by Optical Coherence Tomography (OCT) imaging every 4 months to detect the earliest focal sites of disease progression. As soon as focal areas of change are observed by the Vienna Reading Center (VRC), a targeted follow-up schedule will be triggered to investigate the events at that area of change in a targeted manner.
Efficacy and Safety Trial of Conbercept Intravitreal Injection for Neovascular AMD (PANDA-1)
Neovascular Age-related Macular DegenerationThe purpose of this clinical study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of two different levels of conbercept intravitreal (IVT) injection as compared to the approved vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) antagonist active control, aflibercept intravitreal injection (2.0 mg/eye, Eylea®), in subjects with neovascular AMD.
