FT500 as Monotherapy and in Combination With Immune Checkpoint Inhibitors in Subjects With Advanced...
Advanced Solid TumorsLymphoma16 moreFT500 is an off-the-shelf, iPSC-derived NK cell product that can bridge innate and adaptive immunity, and has the potential to overcome multiple mechanisms of immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) resistance. The preclinical data provide compelling evidence supporting the clinical investigation of FT500 as monotherapy and in combination with ICI in participants with advanced solid tumors.
Study of Immunotherapy Plus ADI-PEG 20 for the Treatment of Advanced Uveal Melanoma
Uveal MelanomaThis study is measuring the safety of the study drug, ADI-PEG 20, combined with immunotherapy drugs nivolumab and ipilimumab in treating patients with advanced uveal melanoma.
Study to Evaluate Treatment of Dabrafenib Plus Trametinib in Subjects With BRAF Mutation-Positive...
Melanoma and Brain MetastasesThis is a multi-cohort, open label, Phase II study with Dabrafenib (GSK2118436) and Trametinib (GSK1120212) combination therapy in subject with BRAF mutation-positive melanoma that has metastasized to the brain. This study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of 4 cohorts. Cohorts will consist of; V600 E, D, K, R mutations, metastases to the brain, symptomatic and asymptomatic, with or without prior local (brain) therapy, with or without prior local (brain) therapy, and range of ECOG scores from 0-2.
Study to Evaluate the Safety and Efficacy of Two Different Dosing Schedules of Pembrolizumab (MK-3475)...
MelanomaThis study will evaluate the safety and efficacy of 2 different dosing schedules of pembrolizumab (MK-3475), every 2 weeks (Q2W) and every 3 weeks (Q3W), and compare the 2 schedules to treatment with ipilimumab in ipilimumab-naïve participants with unresectable or metastatic melanoma. The primary hypotheses are that pembrolizumab is superior to ipilimumab with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) and overall survival (OS).
Sorafenib and Radioembolization With Sir-Spheres® for the Treatment of Metastatic Ocular Melanoma...
Ocular MelanomaThe best way to combine a loco-regional procedure such as chemoembolisation or radioembolization combined with an anti-angiogenic drug is not clear. This phase I trial aims to establish, first, the tolerability of the combination of liver radioembolization with SirSpheres® and sorafenib in uveal melanoma patients with liver metastasis studying different schedules of administration of sorafenib after and before radioembolization. Secondly, we aim to evaluate angiogenic markers modifications during these different schedules, either in the serum or radiologicaly. Dose of Sorafenib will be 400 mg BID and the timing of introduction will differ for one cohort to the other, given after the radioembolization for initials cohorts and finally, before and concomitantly to radioembolization for the last cohort.
Tumor-Infiltrating Lymphocytes And Low-Dose Interleukin-2 Therapy Following Cyclophosphamide And...
MetastaticStage III or Stage IV1 moreThis is a phase II clinical study for patients with metastatic (the cancer has spread to other parts of the body) melanoma. Patients will receive an infusion (given by vein) of autologous tumor infiltrating lymphocytes (TILs). TILs are a type of white blood cells that recognizes tumor cells and enter them which causes the tumor cells to break down. Prior to the cell infusion, patients will receive a two drugs cyclophosphamide and fludarabine to prepare the body to receive the TILs. After cell infusion, patients will receive low-dose interleukin-2 therapy which is an approved drug to treat melanoma. This study will see how useful this regimen is in treating metastatic melanoma.
A Study of Vemurafenib (Zelboraf) in Chinese Participants With BRAF V600 Mutation-Positive Unresectable...
Malignant MelanomaThis open-label, multicenter study will evaluate the pharmacokinetics, safety and efficacy of vemurafenib in Chinese participants with BRAF V600 mutation-positive unresectable or metastatic melanoma. Participants will receive vemurafenib 960 milligrams (mg) orally twice daily until disease progression or unacceptable toxicity occurs.

Solid TumoursThis is a Japanese Phase I/II, open-label, non-controlled study to evaluate the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic profile, and efficacy of the combination of GSK2118436 and GSK1120212 in subjects with BRAF V600E/K mutation positive advanced solid tumors (Phase I part) and BRAF V600E/K mutation positive cutaneous melanoma (Phase II part).
Study of Nivolumab (BMS-936558) Plus Ipilimumab Compared With Ipilimumab Alone in the Treatment...
Unresectable MelanomaMetastatic MelanomaThe primary purpose of this study is to compare the objective response rate, as determined by investigators, of Nivolumab combined with Ipilimumab versus Ipilimumab monotherapy in patients with untreated, unresectable, or metastatic melanoma
