A Study of XmAb®22841 Monotherapy & in Combination w/ Pembrolizumab in Subjects w/ Selected Advanced...
MelanomaCervical Carcinoma21 moreThis is a Phase 1, multiple dose, ascending-dose escalation study and expansion study designed to define a maximum tolerated dose and/or recommended dose of XmAb22841 monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab; to assess safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetics, immunogenicity, and anti-tumor activity of XmAb22841 monotherapy and in combination with pembrolizumab in subjects with select advanced solid tumors.

A Phase I/II Trial Investigating LOAd703 in Combination With Atezolizumab in Malignant Melanoma...
Malignant MelanomaThis study aims to evaluate safety and effect of combining an oncolytic adenovirus (delolimogene mupadenorepvec; LOAd703) with atezolizumab in patients with melanoma. LOAd703 will be administered intratumorally for up to 12 injections while atezolizumab will be administered intravenously for the duration of the active study visits (up to 57 weeks). The patients are then monitored for survival for maximum study participation of 48 months. The treatments will be given every 3 weeks. The patients will then be monitored for toxicity, PK, ADA, immune responses, virus shedding, tumor response by RECIST 1.1 and survival.

Safety and Efficacy of Tag-7 Gene-modified Vaccine in Locally Advanced or Metastatic Malignant Melanoma...
MelanomaKidney CancerThis study was designed to assess the safety and efficacy of inactivated tumor cells genetically modified with the TAG-7 gene as immunotherapy for cancer. Patients with melanoma or kidney cancer were included since they have immune-dependent tumors. Treatment was done in the adjuvant setting after complete cytoreduction of locally advanced or metastatic disease or in the therapeutic setting in patients where complete cytoreduction was impossible.

A Study of PLX2853 in Advanced Malignancies.
Small Cell Lung CancerUveal Melanoma6 moreThe purpose of this research study is to evaluate safety, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics and preliminary efficacy of the investigational drug PLX2853 in subjects with advanced malignancies.

TraMel-WT: A Trial of Trametinib in Patients With Advanced Pretreated BRAFV600 Wild-type Melanoma...
Stage IV MelanomaStage III MelanomaThis phase 2 trial will investigate the efficacy and safety of trametinib and dabrafenib in patients with advanced BRAF V600 (v-Raf murine sarcoma viral oncogene homolog B) wild-type melanoma (stratified according to BRAF V600 wild-type/NRAS (neuroblastoma Ras viral oncogene homolog) mutant and BRAF V600 wild-type/NRAS wild-type melanoma patients) that have been pretreated and progressed following treatment with PD-1- (programmed cell death-1) and CTLA-4-blocking (cytotoxic T-lymphocyte-associated antigen 4) immune checkpoint inhibitors. The investigators hypothesize that treatment with trametinib will result in objective antitumor activity. In order to improve the tolerability and optimize the dose intensity of trametinib, a minimal dose of dabrafenib will be added to prevent and manage trametinib-related skin toxicity.

Metastatic CancerMelanoma3 moreThis study evaluated the safety and efficacy of VE800 in combination with nivolumab in patients with selected types of advanced or metastatic cancer

Phase 1 Safety Study of Encorafenib in Chinese Patients With Advanced Metastatic BRAF V600E Mutant...
BRAF V600E Unresectable or Metastatic MelanomaBRAF V600E Metastatic NSCLC1 moreThis is a phase 1, multicenter, open-label, single-arm study to investigate the safety and tolerability of encorafenib 300 mg once daily (QD) monotherapy in adult Chinese participants with B-RAF Proto-oncogene, Serine/threonine Kinase V600E (BRAF V600E) mutant advanced solid tumors (unresectable metastatic melanoma or metastatic non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC)), who are BRAF-inhibitor treatment-naïve and have failed the previous therapy(ies) in the metastatic setting or are not eligible to standard therapy. Participants will be eligible for the study based on identification of a BRAF V600E mutation in tumor tissue by a local National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) approved assay obtained prior to screening.

Ovarian Reserve and Semen Parameters Evolution During Adjuvant Therapy in Melanoma
MelanomaProspective multicentric study including women aged 18 to 35 and men aged 18 to 45 during their visit to centers for the study and storage of human sperm and eggs (CECOS). Subjects will be included before adjuvant treatment initiation (T0) and immediately after treatment (approximately 1 year after initiation, T1), and, in late post treatment (1 year after treatment cessation, T2). Expected results: This study will evaluate the evolution of AMH, AFC, and semen parameters in our cohort of melanoma patients treated with anti-PD-1 and targeted therapy in an adjuvant settings.

MelanomaThis is a safety and efficacy study of different administration regimens of nivolumab plus Ipilimumab in subjects with previously untreated, unresectable or metastatic melanoma.

CD40 Agonistic Antibody APX005M in Combination With Nivolumab
CancerNon Small Cell Lung Cancer Metastatic3 moreThis study is a Phase 1-2 open-label dose escalation study of the immuno-activating monoclonal antibody APX005M administered in combination with nivolumab to adult subjects with non-small cell lung cancer or metastatic melanoma. The Phase 1 portion is intended to establish the maximum tolerated dose and the recommended phase 2 dose of APX005M when administered in combination with nivolumab. The Phase 2 portion of the study will evaluate safety and efficacy of the combination.
