High Dose IL-2 in Combination With Anti-PD-1 to Overcome Anti-PD-1 Resistance in Metastatic Melanoma...

Melanoma Stage IvRenal Cell Carcinoma1 more

The primary objective of this single arm phase 2 trial is to assess the response rate [complete response (CR) + partial response (PR)] of combined nivolumab and HD IL-2 in subjects with metastatic melanoma and renal cell carcinoma. Response will be performed after each course of nivolumab and IL-2 using RECIST 1.1. Patients will be treated for one course past best response for a maximum of 3 courses.

ATL001 in Patients With Metastatic or Recurrent Melanoma

Melanoma

This is a first-in-human, open-label, multi-centre, phase I/IIa study to characterize the safety and clinical activity of ATL001, autologous clonal neoantigen reactive T cells (cNeT) administered intravenously in adults with metastatic or recurrent melanoma.

Adjuvant Treatment Determined By Pathological Response To Neoadjvuant Nivolumab

Melanoma Stage IIIMelanoma

Subjects with resectable melanoma will receive neoadjuvant nivolumab followed by surgical resection. Post-operatively, subjects will receive open-label treatment with up to 1 year of adjuvant nivolumab or ipilimumab plus nivolumab as determined by pathologic response at the time of resection.

Neoadjuvant PD-1 Blockade in Patients With Stage IIB/C Melanoma

Melanoma

The main purpose of this study is to determine the rate of positive sentinel lymph nodes (i.e. the closest draining lymph node(s) to the primary melanoma site) and to test whether treatment with pembrolizumab before surgery to remove melanoma reduces the rate of positive sentinel lymph nodes in patients with Stage IIB/C melanoma. Subjects with stage II melanoma will receive one dose of pembrolizumab 200 mg, then undergo standard definitive surgery with wide excision and sentinel lymph node (SLN) biopsy approximately 3 weeks after the initial dose of pembrolizumab. Post-operatively, subjects will receive up to 1 year of adjuvant pembrolizumab 200 mg every 3 weeks.

An Efficacy Study of Adjuvant Treatment With the Personalized Cancer Vaccine mRNA-4157 and Pembrolizumab...

Melanoma

The purpose of this study is to assess whether postoperative adjuvant therapy with mRNA-4157 and pembrolizumab improves recurrence free survival (RFS) compared to pembrolizumab alone in participants with complete resection of cutaneous melanoma and a high risk of recurrence.

Tinostamustine and Nivolumab in Advanced Melanoma

Malignant Melanoma

This trial is a first-in-human drug combination with the first-in-class alkylating histone deacetylase inhibition (HDACi) fusion molecule Tinostamustine (EDO-S101) and the anti-PD-1 monoclonal antibody Nivolumab in patients with refractory, locally advanced or metastatic melanoma.

Ulixertinib/Palbociclib in Patients With Advanced Pancreatic and Other Solid Tumors

TumorSolid2 more

This phase I study is designed to establish the safety, maximally tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended phase II dose (RP2D) of the ERK inhibitor ulixertinib (BVD-523) when combined with the CDK4/6 inhibitor palbociclib.

Cutaneous MelanomaStage III8 more

This phase II trial studies whether rituximab and hyaluronidase human (Rituxan Hycela) can prevent immune related adverse events in participants with stage III-IV melanoma that cannot be removed by surgery who are undergoing nivolumab and ipilimumab therapy.

Study to Evaluate OrienX010 in Combination With JS001 in the Treatment of Stage IV (M1c) Liver Metastasis...

Melanoma

This study is an open-label, Phase Ib clinical study to evaluate Evaluate the Recombinant Human GM-CSF Herpes Simplex Virus Injection (OrienX010) in Combination with Recombinant Human Anti-PD1 Monoclonal Antibody Injection (JS001) in the Treatment of Stage IV (M1c) Liver Metastasis from Melanoma. This study is planned to enroll approximately 30 patients with Stage IV (M1c) Liver Metastasis from Melanoma who meet protocol requirements. This study is a single-arm clinical trial. All participator will be given OrienX010 in combination with JS001. JS001 injection: 3 mg/kg, IV infusion: Once every 2 weeks ; OrienX010: Maximum injection volume 8 × 10^8 pfu, intratumoral injection: Once every 2 weeks. Treatment will be continuous and extend from first dose of study medication until to complete response, clinical related progression disease (PDr), intolerable AE, or withdrew informed consent or meet other criteria of discontinuation. For patients who have stopped the study treatment and no disease progression, follow-up visits will take place every 3 months after the end of treatment visit until the occurrence of disease progression. If disease progression occurred, the investigator will collect the anticancer treatment information and survival of individuals until 80% death event.
