Background: Online interventions can be a fast, cost-efficient, and convenient medium for providing breast cancer patients (BCP) with access to evidence-based interventions that address their emotional needs. As true as that may be, online interventions are still a novel research area that struggles in implementation. Objectives: This study aims to determine the acceptability, feasibility, and efficacy of Oncovox, an iACT-BC, a guided internet delivered ACT intervention designed to improve psychosocial outcomes in BCP diagnosed within the last two years when compared to treatment as usual. The primary outcomes in this study are health related quality of life, behavioural activation, symptom interference and reward observation. The secondary outcomes are psychosocial distress, anxiety and depression and psychological flexibility. Methods: A two-arm, parallel, open label, waiting list randomised controlled trial will investigate the effectiveness, feasibility, and acceptability of Oncovox. Expected results: It is anticipated that Oncovox will show to be effective, feasible and acceptable programme in improving health related quality of life, behavioural activation, symptom interference, reward observation, psychological distress, anxiety, depression, and psychological flexibility in BCP diagnosed in the last two years, as opposing to a waiting list control under treatment as usual. The results of this research will be published in accordance with CONSORT 2010 and CONSORT-EHEALTH guidelines and should be available for publication in September 2022.

The primary objectives of this study are to adapt and evaluate a sexual quality of life intervention in women with metastatic breast cancer and their partners.

This clinical trial evaluates the feasibility of coaching-based navigation for black breast cancer survivors including recruitment, dropout, and survey completion rates. A coaching-based navigation may perform a needs assessment and coach the participant to access relevant supportive content including physical rehabilitation, emotional and psychosocial support, and nutrition and exercise programming. This trial aims to see whether this navigation program may improve the quality of life of black breast cancer survivors.

The aim of this study is to test the efficacy of a nature-based cognitive intervention to restore cognitive function among women treated for breast cancer.

The goal of this study is to test a 6-week virtual education program among Black breast cancer survivors. The virtual program includes sessions on physical activity, goal setting, nutrition, sleep, stress, and social connections.

This project will investigate the efficacy of a cognitive remediation programme in patients treated for breast cancer. patients will be randomized between "no intervention" and "intervention programme". Efficay will be assessed in term of improved quality of life.

Many breast cancer survivors (estimated 70% in some studies) experience clinically significant depression and/or anxiety in the months and years after finishing cancer treatments. This research will build on the rigor of prior research to reduce breast cancer survivor depression and anxiety with a compassion meditation intervention called CBCT (Cognitively-Based Compassion Training) for online synchronous delivery that is also inclusive of informal caregivers (i.e., adult family members who live with and typically provide half the care for survivors, aka supportive partners).

This clinical trial looks at the use of an internet-based application (app) intervention in improving adherence to endocrine therapy (ET) among patients with early stage hormone receptor-positive HER2-negative breast cancer. ET can significantly reduce the return of the cancer in patients who are compliant with their treatment regimen. Despite this, adherence to ET is poor due to side effects, lack of social support and timely access to clinicians, and poor patient understanding of the necessity and effectiveness of the therapy. An internet-based app may help patients improve their adherence to ET by providing reminders, side effect mitigation strategies available in the educational videos and from contacting providers/ nurse on the research team directly via the app.

This phase III trial compares the effect of active symptom monitoring and patient education to patient education alone in helping young women with stage I-III breast cancer stay on their hormone therapy medicines. The patient education tool contains interactive weblinks which provide patients with education material about breast cancer and side effects of therapy. Symptom monitoring is a weblink via email or text message with questions asking about symptoms. Hormone therapy for breast cancer can cause side effects, and may cause some women to stop treatment early. Asking about symptoms more often may help women keep taking hormone therapy medicines.

This research is being done to determine whether acupuncture can help prevent or lessen chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy (CIPN), a side effect of some kinds of chemotherapy that causes pain, numbness, tingling, swelling, or muscle weakness mostly in the hands or feet. This research will also help determine whether acupuncture can improve quality of life in patients receiving taxane-based chemotherapy for the treatment of breast cancer.
