The goal of this randomized clinical trial is to compare diagnostic results of secondary breast cancer surveillance using breast ultrasound abbreviated MRI and full protocol MRI.

This study aims to investigate the possible role of rosuvastatin in protection against cardiotoxicity in HER2 positive breast cancer patients receiving doxorubicin sequential with trastuzumab.

This is a single center, prospective cross-sectional study of women who have completed therapy for primary breast cancer within 5 years of diagnosis and are at increased risk for relapse. Patients will undergo screening bone marrow aspirate to test for presence of disseminated tumor cells (DTCs) Patients who harbor DTCs will be offered the opportunity for enrollment into a clinical trial of therapy targeting DTCs to prevent recurrence (separate protocols).

This protocol seeks to build on the favorable results of the investigators' phase I trial (Pro00015617) by extending the findings to a larger cohort of subjects.In this study, the investigators hypothesize that 21Gy (Gray) as a single fraction can be delivered preoperatively to a larger group of subjects (n100). The primary objective is to determine physician reported rates of good/excellent cosmesis at baseline and 6 months, 1, 2, and 3 years post-treatment as measured by the NRG cosmesis scale

This is a prospective, phase IIa, multicenter, randomized, open-label study comparing a pre-surgical combination of trastuzumab and pertuzumab with concurrent weekly paclitaxel chemotherapy or endocrine therapy given for 12 weeks with a quality of life assessment for 40 additional weeks in patients with operable HER2+/HR+ breast cancer.

The goal of this research is to test the accuracy of PET/MRI imaging with 18F-fluorofuranylnorprogesterone (FFNP) for measuring progesterone receptor (PR) expression in patients with invasive breast cancer. The hypothesis is that FFNP SUVmax from PET/MRI will correlate well against the semi-quantitative PR immunohistochemistry score.

This is a pilot study to test and characterize the ability of the Smart Goggles system to detect fluorescently labeled sentinel lymph nodes (SLNs). Specifically, this study will test the sensitivity and specificity of the Smart Goggles to detect indocyanine green (ICG) accumulation in sentinel lymph nodes of breast cancer patients after peritumoral injection of ICG (Cardio-GreenTM), under standard-of-care application conditions.

This study is aimed to establish a registry of women undergoing intensive surveillance for the early detection of breast cancer in high-risk women.

The investigators proposed approach allows them to deliver a low total dose of radiation to patients with low-risk, early-stage breast cancer which would further minimize the impact of adjuvant therapy. This work has the potential to revolutionize partial breast irradiation by allowing it to take place at many radiation oncology centers with minimal specialized equipment beyond that commonly available. The investigators first step is this proposed single institution phase I/II study designed primarily to evaluate the tolerance of this approach which the investigators are choosing to call Three Fraction APBI (Tri-APBI).
