Multidisciplinary Care Pathway With Electronic Patient Reported Outcomes (ePRO) Post-operative Follow-up...
Breast CancerThis project is a follow-on study of the BEAUTIFY-2 study (NCT04957186). The "BEAUTIFY" (BrEast cAncer qUaliTy of lIfe aFter surgerY) program was built by a committee of experts on the basis of reflections carried out within 2 focus groups. An application was developed to track patient reported outcome measures. The study investigators now wish to evaluate the feasibility and impact on pain and quality of life of the "BEAUTIFY" care pathway on a larger cohort. The study hypothesis is that multidisciplinary care organization will improve the management and the quality of life post-breast cancer surgery.

Breast CancerThe purpose of this study is to test an evidence-based intervention designed to increase adherence to systemic therapy in Black women compared to enhanced usual care.
Prognostic Impact of the Neutrophil/Lymphocyte Ratio (NLR) in the Treatment of First-line Metastatic...
Breast CancerMetastatic Breast CancerThe impact of the inflammatory microenvironment in predicting the benefit of a CDK4/6 inhibitor in the treatment of locally advanced or first line metastatic breast cancer has not yet been studied. We propose a multicenter prospective study to confirm the prognostic value of pre-therapy NLR on progression-free survival of patients initiating treatment with a CDK4/6 inhibitor combined with hormonal therapy for locally advanced or metastatic HR-pos / HER2-neg breast cancer. We will also evaluate other markers of inflammation and their prognostic and predictive value for a better response to CDK4/6 inhibitor therapy in combination with hormone therapy in these patients. Specific blood tests (lymphocyte typing) will be performed during treatment with CDK4/6.
Comparative Effectiveness of PAL Based-therapy as Initial ET Versus PAL Based-therapy After ChT...
Hormone Receptor Positive Advanced Breast CancerA multi-center non-interventional observational study led by the Cancer Hospital Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences to compare the effectiveness of palbociclib based-therapy as initial endocrine therapy versus palbociclib based-therapy after chemotherapy for HR+/HER2- advanced breast cancer.
HR Positive, HER2 Negative Advanced Breast Cancer With Progression After Endocrine Therapy
Solid TumorAdultPrimary objective: To evaluate the progression-free survival (PFS) for EOC202 combined with albumin-bound paclitaxel versus albumin-bound paclitaxel alone in treatment of the patients with HR positive, HER2 negative advanced breast cancer (response evaluation criteria in solid tumors, RECIST 1.1); Secondary objectives: To evaluate other efficacy variables, such as objective response rate (ORR), disease control rate (DCR), clinical benefit rate (CBR) and overall survival (OS), for EOC202 combined with albumin-bound paclitaxel versus albumin-bound paclitaxel alone in treatment of HR positive, HER2 negative advanced breast cancer; To evaluate the safety of EOC202 combined with albumin-bound paclitaxel; To evaluate the immunogenicity of EOC202 combined with albumin-bound paclitaxel; To evaluate the change level of pharmacodynamic (PD) markers (Interferon-γ, CXCL-10). Exploratory objectives: To explore the correlation of baseline soluble MHC-II ligands in blood (lymphocyte activation gene-3 (Lag-3) and fibrin related antigen (FGL-1)) with safety, efficacy, PD and anti-drug antibody (ADA) in subjects in EOC202 combined with albumin-bound paclitaxel group.
Feasibility of Exosome Analysis in Cerebrospinal Fluid During the Diagnostic Workup of Metastatic...
Breast CancerThe investigators are interested in one of the most frequent tumor types causing leptomeningeal metastasis in order to investigate whether a profile can be established by a high-throughput clinical proteomic approach. All the data acquired will allow a tailored and promising approach to improve the knowledge of metastatic tumor meningitis.
HOBBIT 3: Mental Exercises and Temporal Alteration
Breast NeoplasmRadiotherapy2 moreIn the HOBBIT-trial by Vakaet et al. A protocol was developed to increase breath-hold time using (voluntary) hyperventilation and oxygenation to achieve DIBH times around 3 minutes. Multiple non-medical interventions are being investigated to prolong a L-DIBH that are feasible in clinical practice. One of these methods will be to alter the time perception of the subjects. It has been noted in multiple studies (both medical and not) that slowing a person's perception of time results in an increase in breath-hold time. This alteration in time perception can be achieved with the use of a slowed clock as well as the usage of mental or physical exercises to preoccupy the subjects. Volunteers will then be randomised into either the standard arm or the intervention arm. The intervention arm will follow standard protocol regarding DIBH preparation, though during the L-DIBH they will be asked to perform a simple mental exercise on a tablet. After 2 sessions of 3 L-DIBHs each, there will be a cross-over to the other arm in order to ascertain comfort and preference with each technique.
