Comparing Efficacy and Safety of AryoGen Pharmed Biosimilar Trastuzumab (AryoTrust) Versus Herceptin®...
Malignant Neoplasm of BreastThis is A Phase III, randomized, two-armed, patient-outcome assessor-data analyzer blinded, parallel active controlled non-Inferiority clinical trial study to evaluate efficacy and safety of AryoTrust (Aryogen Trastuzumab in comparison to Herceptin® (Genentech/Roche) in patients with Human Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor 2-Positive breast cancer. The main objective is to verify the non-inferiority of AryoTrust (Aryogen trastuzumab) vs. Herceptin® (Genentech/Roche trastuzumab), both given concomitantly with docetaxel after doxorubicin plus cyclophosphamide in the neoadjuvant setting according to pathological complete response (pCR) as primary objective and objective response (cOR), clinical complete response (cCR), clinical partial response (cPR), clinical stable disease (cSD), clinical progressive disease (cPD), breast conservation rate as Secondary objectives of this study. Evaluating the safety and immunogenicity of AryoTrust vs. Herceptin®, are also the other secondary outcomes. This study has two arms and 108 subjects will participate with a 1:1 allocation and receive mentioned treatment randomly.

Remifemin Preventing the Climacteric Symptoms in Breast Cancer
Effect of DrugsSafety IssuesLHRH-a is an important hormone treatment in breast cancer especially in high-risk hormone receptor-positive patients or hormone receptor-negative but needing ovarian function protecting. Breast CancerThis is a Phase II, Open-labeled, Randomised, Parallel, Non-comparative, Two-arms, Investigator-initiated Clinical Trial of SHR-1210 (Anti-PD-1 Antibody) in Combination With Apatinib (VEGFR2 inhibitor) in Subjects with Advanced Triple Negative Breast Cancer. Subjects with advanced Triple Negative Breast Cancer will be recruited. Patients will be randomised to two treatment arms of this study. One arm is SHR-1210 combination with apatinib daily dosing, and the other arm is SHR-1210 combination with apatinib intermittent dosing; each arm will enrolle10-29 subjects (Simons two stage design). This study aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety of SHR-1210 combination with apatinib in the treatment of advanced TNBC.

SCOUT Reflector for Tagging Lymph Nodes for Targeted Removal in Patients With Breast Cancer
Positive Axillary Lymph NodeStage 0 Breast Cancer AJCC v6 and v710 moreThis pilot clinical trial will evaluate whether the SCOUT reflector can be used to tag abnormal lymph nodes in patients with breast cancer prior to chemotherapy for targeted removal at the time of surgery. The SCOUT localization system with the SAVI reflector is non-radioactive and completely internal so can be placed into an abnormal lymph node prior to chemotherapy treatment, which theoretically will allow easier identification and therefore more reliable targeting of the abnormal lymph node for surgical removal.

Study Evaluating the Antitumor Activity and Safety of Niraparib as Neoadjuvant Treatment in Participants...
NeoplasmsBreastThis is an open-label, single-arm pilot study evaluating the antitumor activity and safety of niraparib as neoadjuvant therapy in participants with Human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-negative and breast cancer susceptibility gene mutant (BRCAmut) localized breast cancer (primary tumor >=1 centimeters [cm]). Breast magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), breast ultrasound, and tumor core biopsy will be performed at the screening (Days -28 to -1). Participants will receive niraparib (200 milligrams [mg] orally [PO]) treatment daily for 28 days (Cycle 1) and then will undergo breast ultrasound at the end of Cycle 1 on Day 28. Based on breast ultrasound reports, the participants will either discontinue the study (disease progression) or will continue niraparib treatment (complete response [CR], partial response [PR] or stable disease [SD]) for an additional cycle (Cycle 2). A breast MRI and breast ultrasound will be performed at the end of Cycle 2. Approximately 21 participants will be enrolled in this study and the study duration will be approximately 2 years.
