The aim of this phase 1b study in Chinese patients with ER+/Her2- advanced breast cancer is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of ZN-c5 at dose of 50 mg and 150 mg QD well tolerance established in the previous oversea study in non-Chinese patients.

Gaining a greater understanding of how each exercise mode affects lymphedema, as well as other health-related outcomes will improve exercise prescription guidelines relevant to this specific lymphedema. Therefore, the purpose of this work was to compare the effects of Xbox kinect rehabilitation and resistance exercises on limb volume, symptoms severity, physical function, and quality of life in women with Breast cancer-related lymphedema.

Previous studies have shown that TNBC is sensitive to DNA crosslinking-related chemotherapeutic drugs such as platinum. However, there is a lack of large sample prospective clinical data to compare the efficacy of TP and EC-T / TEC regimen in the neoadjuvant chemotherapy of TNBC. Besides, the application of anthracycline drugs is limited to a certain extent due to the cardiotoxicity. This study was a phase III, multicenter, triple-blind, equivalency clinical trial to determine the therapeutic efficacy and safety between Pertuzumab® (CinnaGen Co.) compared to originator pertuzumab in HER2-positive early breast cancer patients. Patients were stratified dynamically for random assignment to treatment with either Pertuzumab® (CinnaGen Co.) or originator pertuzumab, and received neoadjuvant TCHP regimen every 3- weeks.

This is a randomized clinical trial, in which the use of an Adjustable compression wrap as a compressive therapy to control the upper limb volume of with lymphedema women secondary to breast cancer will be investigated, in comparison to the use of a compression sleeve conventionally used. It is expected that Adjustable compression wrap will be more effective than standard treatment for the control of lymphedema, in addition to promoting a better quality of life and functionality for women.

This is a Phase II, multicenter, randomized, open-label, active-controlled trial designed to assess the safety and efficacy of the combination of dapagliflozin plus metformin extended release (XR) compared with metformin XR during treatment with alpelisib plus fulvestrant in participants with HR-positive, HER2-negative advanced breast cancer with a PIK3CA mutation following progression on or after endocrine-based therapy.

However their clinical use is still experimental especially in preoperative setting, where there are still no data of antioxidant and antiinflammatory beneficial roles. This study is a prospective observational clinical study enrolling 50 patients with primary breast cancer (T1-2, N0-1, M0) who received 4-weeks oral treatment of delta-T3 before surgery (200 mg/twice daily) with personalized nutritional and psychoeducational support. This study evaluates the effects of treatment on oxidant (tock fast-Li Starfish) and antioxidant capacity (TAC Track, Li Starfish), anti-inflammatory activity (complete profiling of adaptive and innate cell immunity, immunologic serum markers (miRNA)), immunological response on tumor (gene expression profiling on preoperative tissue tumor biopsy and on surgical specimen), TNF-alpha, IL-6 and VEGF and proliferation/apoptosis, anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidant activity of breast cancer cell lines.
