Peptide Receptor Radionuclide Therapy With 90Y-Dotatoc in Relapsed/Refractory Diffuse Large B Cell...
DLBCLMCL1 moreThis is a prospective, single arm, single centre open-label, phase II study in relapsed or refractory DLBCL and MCL non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (NHL), not suitable to other therapies, included HDCT, or patients relapsed after high-dose chemotherapy (HDCT) with autologous stem-cell transplantation (ASCT), treated with peptide receptor radionuclide therapy with 90Y-Dotatoc. Each patient will receive a maximum cumulative 90Y-DOTATOC activity of 11.1 GBq (300 mCi), divided into 4 cycles (1.8 - 2.8 gigabequerel (GBq) for each cycle) with an interval of 6 - 8 weeks between cycles. The 90Y-DOTATOC will be slowly infused intravenously. 35 patients will be enrolled in 36 months in two stages (18 patients in the first stage, if 2 or fewer patients will show an objective response, the study will be closed).
Entospletinib in Combination With Idelalisib in Adults With Relapsed or Refractory Hematologic Malignancies...
Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaMantle Cell Lymphoma2 moreThis study will evaluate the efficacy of the combination entospletinib and idelalisib in participants with relapsed or refractory hematologic malignancies. Participants will be enrolled who have one of the following hematological tumor types: chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), mantle cell lymphoma (MCL), diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL), or indolent non-Hodgkin lymphomas (iNHL; including follicular lymphoma (FL) and lymphoplasmacytoid lymphoma/Waldenström macroglobulinemia [LPL/WM], small lymphocytic lymphoma [SLL], or marginal zone lymphoma [MZL]).
Monoclonal Antibody Therapy Before Stem Cell Transplant in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory...
Adult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell LymphomaAnaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma31 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of monoclonal antibody therapy before stem cell transplant in treating patients with relapsed or refractory lymphoid malignancies. Radiolabeled monoclonal antibodies, such as yttrium-90 anti-CD45 monoclonal antibody BC8, can find cancer cells and carry cancer-killing substances to them without harming normal cells. When the healthy stem cells from a donor are infused into the patient they may help the patient's bone marrow make stem cells, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. Giving radiolabeled monoclonal antibody before a stem cell transplant may be an effective treatment for relapsed or refractory lymphoid malignancies.
Vorinostat and Lenalidomide in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Hodgkin Lymphoma or...
Adult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell LymphomaAnaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma29 moreRATIONALE: Vorinostat may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Giving vorinostat together with lenalidomide may kill more cancer cells. PURPOSE: This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of vorinostat when given together with lenalidomide in treating patients with relapsed or refractory Hodgkin lymphoma or non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
Lenalidomide With or Without Rituximab in Treating Patients With Progressive or Relapsed Chronic...
Adult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell LymphomaAnaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma32 moreThis phase II trial studies how well giving lenalidomide with or without rituximab works in treating patients with progressive or relapsed chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL), small lymphocytic lymphoma (SLL), prolymphocytic leukemia (PLL), or non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL). Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, may stimulate the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, can block cancer growth in different ways. Some block the ability of cancer to grow and spread. Others find cancer cells and help kill them or carry cancer-killing substances to them. Giving lenalidomide together with or without rituximab may kill more cancer cells.
Zevalin and Velcade in Relapsed/Refractory Mantle Cell Lymphoma
Mantle-Cell LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the effects (good and bad) of the combination of ibritumomab tiuxetan (Zevalin) and bortezomib (Velcade) in patients with relapsed/refractory mantle cell lymphoma. Zevalin is a monoclonal antibody that is combined with a radioactive substance and given with another monoclonal antibody called rituximab (Rituxan). It works by attaching to cancer cells and releasing radiation to damage those cells. Both Zevalin and Rituxan are given in this study, along with Velcade.
A Pilot Study of Oral Vorinostat Plus Oral Eltrombopag Support in Patients With Lymphoma (VEIL)...
Follicular LymphomaMarginal Zone Lymphoma1 moreVorinostat is a drug (Histone Deacetylase Inhibitor [HDACi]) administered orally that has been approved in United States for the patients with cutaneous Tcell lymphoma (CTCL) who have progressive, persistent or recurrent disease on or following two systemic therapies. In the early period of treatment with vorinostat, some patients may experience low platelet counts. Therefore this study will be examining the combination of these two medications (Vorinostat and eltrombopag) to assess if eltrombopag can overcome the low platelets during treatment with vorinostat. Eltrombopag is a drug administered orally designed to mimic the protein thrombopoietin, which causes the body to make more platelets. Eltrombopag has been registered in Australia and approved overseas to treat patients with chronic ITP (Immune Thrombocytopenia Purpura) a disease where patients destroy their own platelets very rapidly and thus develop low platelet count) but it is not registered and it is not yet known whether eltrombopag can increase platelet counts in patients treated with the HDACi. The aim of this project is to test whether Vorinostat and eltrombopag can be safely combined, and to test whether they are effective in participants with T-cell lymphoma involving the skin or patients with relapsed/refractory follicular lymphoma (FL), marginal zone lymphoma (MZL), or mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) A total of 25 people with Cutaneous T cell lymphoma/ CTCL, marginal zone lymphoma, follicular lymphoma or mantle cell lymphoma will be recruited in this study.
A Study to Evaluate the Efficacy of Lenalidomide as Maintenance Therapy After Completion of First-line...
Mantle Cell LymphomaNon-Hodgkin's LymphomaA study to evaluate the efficacy of lenalidomide as maintenance therapy after completion of first-line combination chemotherapy in patients with mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) who are not candidates for transplantation and have achieved partial response (PR) or complete response (CR). This study was prematurely terminated by the sponsor in light of new unpublished data that rendered the current design of the study no longer clinically relevant. A study design with the control arm of no active treatment was no longer appropriate. The termination of the trial was not based on any safety concerns in the study.
