A Clinical Trial of BP1002 in Patients With Advanced Lymphoid Malignancies

Mantle Cell LymphomaPeripheral T-cell Lymphoma (PTCL)8 more

This study evaluates the safety, pharmacokinetics, and efficacy of BP1002 (L-Bcl-2) antisense oligonucleotide in patients with advanced lymphoid malignancies. Up to 12 evaluable patients with a diagnosis of relapsed or refractory lymphoid malignancies are expected to participate.

ENABLE (Engaging Toll-like Receptor Signalling for B-cell Lymphoma Chimeric Antigen Receptor Therapy)...

Lymphomas Non-Hodgkin's B-CellDiffuse Large B-cell Lymphoma (DLBCL)4 more

This Phase 1, single centre, open label dose escalation study aims to identify a safe dose of third-generation anti-CD19 CAR T-cells (WZTL-002) in the treatment of patients with relapsed or refractory (r/r) B-cell Non Hodgkin Lymphoma, for use in further efficacy trials. An expansion cohort will assess automated closed-system manufacture of WZTL-002 and outpatient management of participants.

Study of BGB-10188 as Monotherapy, and in Combination With Zanubrutinib, and Tislelizumab

Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaSmall Lymphocytic Lymphoma5 more

The purpose of this study is to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD), recommended dose for expansion (RDFE), safety and tolerability of BGB-10188 as monotherapy in participants with relapsed/refractory (R/R) mature B-cell malignancies; in combination with zanubrutinib in participants with R/R follicular lymphoma (FL), R/R mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) or R/R diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL); and in combination with tislelizumab in participants with advanced solid tumors.

Venetoclax and Acalabrutinib in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Mantle Cell Lymphoma...

Blastoid Variant Mantle Cell LymphomaCCND1 Protein Overexpression7 more

This phase II trial studies how well venetoclax and acalabrutinib work in treating patients with mantle cell lymphoma that did not respond to previous treatment or has come back. Venetoclax may cause cancer cell death by blocking the mechanism that cancer cells use to stay alive. Acalabrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving venetoclax and acalabrutinib together may kill more cancer cells in patients with mantle cell lymphoma.

A Study of PEP07 (Checkpoint Kinase 1 Inhibitor) in Patients With Advanced Cancer

Acute Myeloid LeukemiaLymphoma1 more

The goal of this clinical trial is To assess the safety and tolerability of PEP07 administered orally as a single dose and at escalating dose levels, and, to determine the dose-limiting toxicity (DLT) of study treatment in patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) and Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL). To determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of PEP07 monotherapy. Participants will receive PEP07 administered orally once daily (QD) for 2 consecutive days and 5 days off, every week for 4 weeks until disease progression, intolerable toxicity, confirmed pregnancy, death, consent withdrawal, HSCT or other anti-cancer treatment is required, or the Sponsor ends the study, whichever occurs first.

Aggressive B-Cell Non-Hodgkin's LymphomaAggressive B-Cell NHL4 more

This is a Phase 1 dose-escalation study of PRT2527, a potent and highly selective cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK) 9 inhibitor, in participants with select relapsed or refractory (R/R) hematologic malignancies. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, recommended phase 2 dose (PR2D), and preliminary efficacy of PRT2527 as a monotherapy and in combination with zanubrutinib.

Acute Myeloid LeukemiaB-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma8 more

This is a Phase 1 dose-escalation study of PRT1419, a myeloid cell leukemia-1 (MCL-1) inhibitor, in participants with selected relapsed/refractory myeloid or B-cell malignancies. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of PRT1419 monotherapy and in combination with either azacitidine or venetoclax, describe any dose limiting toxicities (DLTs), define the dosing schedule, and to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D).
