Abexinostat in Combination With Pembrolizumab in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumor Malignancies...
Stage III Cutaneous MelanomaStage IV Cutaneous Melanoma19 moreThis phase I trial studies the best dose and side effects of abexinostat and how well it works with given together with pembrolizumab in treating participants with microsatellite instability (MSI) solid tumors that have spread to other places in the body. Abexinostat may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving abexinostat and pembrolizumab may work better in treating participants with solid tumors.
Tacrolimus, Nivolumab, and Ipilimumab in Treating Kidney Transplant Recipients With Selected Unresectable...
Clinical Stage III Cutaneous Melanoma AJCC v8Clinical Stage III Merkel Cell Carcinoma AJCC v819 moreThis phase I trial studies how well tacrolimus, nivolumab, and ipilimumab work in treating kidney transplant recipients with cancer that cannot be removed by surgery (unresectable) or has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Tacrolimus may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving tacrolimus, nivolumab, and ipilimumab may work better in treating kidney transplant recipients with cancer compared to chemotherapy, surgery, radiation therapy, or targeted therapies.
Study of Safety and Efficacy of DKY709 Alone or in Combination With PDR001 in Patients With Advanced...
CarcinomaNon-Small-Cell Lung4 moreThis is a phase I/Ib, open label study. The escalation portion will characterize the safety and tolerability of DKY709 and DKY709 in combination with PDR001 in subjects with NSCLC or melanoma who have received prior anti-PD-1/PD-L1 therapy, or subjects with NPC. After the determination of the MTD/RD for a particular treatment arm, dose expansion will further assess safety, tolerability, PK/PD, and anti-tumor activity of each regimen at the MTD/RD.
A Phase I/Ib Study of NIZ985 Alone and in Combination With Spartalizumab
In Escalation: All Patients With Solid Tumors and LymphomaIn Expansion: Melanoma1 moreThe purpose of this phase I/Ib study is to determine the safety profile of NIZ985 (new formulation), and if it can be safely combined with spartalizumab or tislelizumab and to determine the appropriate dose and schedule for further study. Moreover, the study will characterize the pharmacokinetic profiles of NIZ985 as a single agent and in combination with spartalizumab or tislelizumab and identify preliminary anti-tumor activity.
TIL-ACT After NMA Chemo With IL-2 and Nivo Rescue in Metastatic Melanoma (mMEL)
Metastatic MelanomaThis is a single center, single arm phase I trial to test the feasibility and safety of Tumor- Infiltrating Lymphocyte-Adoptive Cell Therapy (TIL-ACT) followed by nivolumab rescue in unresectable locally advanced or metastatic melanoma patients. The trial is based on lymphodepleting chemotherapy followed by ACT, utilizing ex vivo expanded TILs in combination with high dose interleukin-2 (IL-2) (optional, depending on patient's tolerance), followed by nivolumab rescue (if indicated) for a maximum duration of 2 years.
Combination or Sequence of Vemurafenib, Cobimetinib, and Atezolizumab in High-risk, Resectable Melanoma...
MelanomaNeoadjuvant plus adjuvant treatment with target therapy and immunotherapy given in combination or sequence may have an anti-tumour activity and may reduce the risk of relapse in patients with high-risk resectable melanoma (stage III B / C / D and oligometastatic stage IV).
Defactinib and VS-6766 for the Treatment of Patients With Metastatic Uveal Melanoma
Metastatic Uveal MelanomaThis phase II trial studies the effect of combining defactinib and VS-6766 in treating patients with uveal melanoma that has spread to other places in the body (metastatic). The way cells communicate with one another (different cell signaling pathways) are overactive in uveal melanoma tumor cells. Giving defactinib together with VS-6766 may block pathways that are important for the growth of uveal melanoma cells, and may result in shrinkage or stabilization of the cancer and prolonged time to disease progression and survival.
A Study of Ceralasertib Monotherapy and Ceralasertib Plus Durvalumab in Patients With Melanoma and...
MelanomaMain study: This is an open-label, phase 2 study that aims to evaluate the efficacy and safety/tolerability of ceralasertib, when administered as monotherapy and in combination with durvalumab in participants with unresectable or advanced melanoma and primary or secondary resistance to PD-(L)1 inhibition.
A Study to Assess Adjuvant Immunotherapy With Nivolumab Plus Relatlimab Versus Nivolumab Alone After...
MelanomaThe purpose of this study is to assess nivolumab plus relatlimab fixed-dose combination (FDC) versus nivolumab alone in participants with completely resected stage III-IV melanoma.
Study of Ipilimumab, Nivolumab, and Cabozantinib in Patients With Cutaneous Melanoma
Refractory Cutaneous MelanomaThe primary objective of this clinical trial is to evaluate the clinical efficacy and progression free survival of the triplet combination of ipilimumab + nivolumab + cabozantinib in patients with anti-PD-1/PD-L1 refractory metastatic cutaneous melanoma.
