A Trial of Niraparib in BAP1 and Other DNA Damage Response (DDR) Deficient Neoplasms (UF-STO-ETI-001)...
MesotheliomaUveal Melanoma2 moreThis open-label, non-randomized study will investigate the use of niraparib in patients with tumors known to have mutations in BAP1 and other select DNA damage response pathway genes.
Pevonedistat Alone and in Combination With Chemotherapy in Patients With Mesothelioma
MesotheliomaThe purpose of this study is to test any good and bad effects of activity pevonedistat taken alone, and also to test the safety of pevonedistat in combination with standard chemotherapy, pemetrexed/cisplatin.
A Study of Immunotherapy Drugs Nivolumab and Ipilimumab in Patients w/Resectable Malignant Peritoneal...
MesotheliomaPeritoneal MesotheliomaThis study is for individuals who have peritoneal mesothelioma, a cancer of the lining of your abdominal wall and organs (the peritoneum). Doctors leading the study would like to determine the effects of treating this cancer with immunotherapy drugs (nivolumab and ipilimumab - the two study drugs that will be used in this study) before and after surgery. Doctors hope to learn if giving these two drugs before surgery will decrease the amount of viable (live) cancer cells that remain at the time of surgery and whether it will delay the time it could take for the cancer to regrow.
A Study of Pembrolizumab in Combination With Cisplatin and Pemetrexed in Advanced Malignant Pleural...
MesotheliomaThis is a multicenter, open-label, non-randomized, study of pembrolizumab in combination with cisplatin and pemetrexed in treatment of naïve participants with a histologically confirmed diagnosis of advanced/unresectable malignant pleural mesothelioma (MPM) in Japanese participants. This study will evaluate the safety, tolerability, and preliminary efficacy of pembrolizumab in combination with cisplatin and pemetrexed. The primary objective is to evaluate the safety and tolerability of treatment with pembrolizumab in combination with cisplatin and pemetrexed.
Phase II Study of NGR-hTNF Versus Placebo as Maintenance Treatment in Patients With Advanced MPM...
Advanced Malignant Pleural MesotheliomaThe main objective of the trial is to document the efficacy of NGR-hTNF administered as maintenance treatment at 0.8 µg/m2 weekly in advanced malignant pleural mesothelioma
Pemetrexed Disodium/Observation in Treating Patients W/ Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma w/Out Progressive...
Malignant MesotheliomaRATIONALE: Pemetrexed disodium may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. PURPOSE: This randomized phase II trial is studying how well pemetrexed disodium or observation works in treating patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma without progressive disease after first-line chemotherapy.
Combination Gene Transfer and Chemotherapy
MesotheliomaThe purpose of this study is to find the safety of combination gene therapy and chemotherapy in patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma. Pleural catheter will be placed first, then pts will receive 2 doses of intrapleural vector followed by front line or second line chemotherapy 4-6 cycles every 21 days.
A Phase II Study of PF-03446962 in Patients With Advanced Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma
Malignant Pleural MesotheliomaThis is a non-randomized open label multicentre Phase II trial to evaluate the response rate of PF03446962 in patients with advanced malignant pleural mesothelioma who have been previously treated with cytotoxic chemotherapy.
Mesothelioma Avastin Plus Pemetrexed-cisplatin Study
MesotheliomaOur hypothesis is that the addition of bevacizumab to the standard chemotherapy treatment of MPM will improve overall survival and quality of life beyond that achieved with chemotherapy alone.
Dasatinib in Resectable Malignant Pleural Mesothelioma
Malignant Pleural MesotheliomaThe goal of this clinical research study is to learn how dasatinib affects biomarker levels in patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma that may be able to be removed by surgery. The safety and effectiveness of this drug will also be studied. This research study is financially supported by the United States Department of Defense.
