Preoperative vs Postoperative Hypofractionated Radiosurgery for Patients With Large Brain Metastases...
Brain MetastasesAdultThis is a phase III randomized trial with the aim to compare preoperative HSRS to postoperative HSRS in patients with large at least one BMs from solid tumors suitable for surgical resection.
Spine Radiosurgery for Symptomatic Metastatic Neoplasms
Metastatic Neoplasm to the SpineMetastatic NeoplasmThe purpose of this study is to compare three types of radiation therapy for cancer that has spread to the spine. The two types of radiation therapy used in this trial are External Beam Radiation Therapy (EBRT) and Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT). EBRT delivers tightly targeted radiation beams from outside the body. SBRT is a specialized type of radiation therapy that allows high doses of radiation to small targets. This study will include standard dose SBRT and higher dose SBRT. Each participant will be randomly assigned to either EBRT, standard dose SBRT, or higher dose SBRT.
A Study of Intensity-Modulated Pleural Radiation Therapy (IMPRINT) in People With Thymic Cancer...
Thymic MalignanciesPleural MetastasesThe researchers are doing this study to find out whether hemithoracic intensity-modulated pleural radiation therapy (IMPRINT) is a safe treatment that causes few or mild side effects in people with pleural metastases from thymic malignancies. The researchers will also look at whether hemithoracic IMPRINT is effective against participants' cancer.
Assessment of Early Radiation Oncology Involvement Alongside Standard Oncologic Care in the Managemet...
Radiation TherapyMetastatic CancerTo determine if the experimental approach of early radiation oncology involvement alongside standard oncologic care will result in higher HRQL at 6 months compared to the control arm receiving standard oncologic care alone, based on the global subscale score of the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) QLQ-C30 questionnaire.
Venetoclax and Azacitidine for Treatment of Therapy Related or Secondary Myelodysplastic Syndrome...
Secondary Myelodysplastic SyndromeTherapy-Related Myelodysplastic SyndromeThis phase II trial studies the effect of venetoclax and azacitidine in treating patients with therapy related or secondary myelodysplastic syndrome. Venetoclax may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking Bcl-2, a protein needed for cancer cell survival. Chemotherapy drugs, such as azacitidine, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving venetoclax in combination with azacitidine may work better in treating patients with therapy related or secondary myelodysplastic syndrome.
Diagnosis of Metastatic Tumors on 68Ga-FAPI PET-CT and Radioligand Therapy With 177Lu-EB-FAPI
177Lu-EB-FAPIFAP is a fibroblast activation protein and overexpressed in many tumor tissues. This study is intended to conduct preliminary clinical transformation and internal irradiation dosimetry research on 177Lu-EB-FAPI--a new 177Lu therapeutic drug modified by Evans Blue (EB) for the first time in the world.
Efficacy and Safety Evaluation of Percutaneous Ommaya Capsule Injection of Autologous Bi-dimensional...
GliomaBrain MetastasesCerebral metastases are common intracranial tumor, its incidence increased year by year, in recent years, although the whole brain radiation therapy, surgical resection, stereotactic radiosurgery treatment, targeted drugs, and other comprehensive treatment in patients with symptoms of mitigation and the extension of survival has played a positive role, but due to individual differences, treatment in patients with poor compliance were a lot of factors, Further treatment of brain metastases after conventional treatment requires the assistance and cooperation of clinical multi-disciplines. To evaluate the efficacy and safety of percutaneous Ommaya capsule injection of autologous bi-dimensional specific T cells in the treatment of glioma and combined with pemetrexed in the treatment of brain/meningeal metastasis. Using translational research techniques and means, to find molecular indicators related to clinical prognosis and outcome, establish the clinical use standard of this holistic treatment technology, and popularize it in multi-centers.
A Clinical Research About CD70-positive Advanced/Metastatic Solid Tumors Treated by CD70-targeted...
Metastatic TumorAdvanced Solid Tumor3 moreAs a phase I clinical research, this study plans to evaluate the safety and tolerability of CD70-targeting CAR-T cells in the treatment of CD70-positive advanced/metastatic solid tumors, and obtain recommended doses and infusion patterns.
Dual-targeting VEGFR1 and PD-L1 CAR-T for Cancers Patients With Pleural or Peritoneal Metastases...
Malignant Peritoneal EffusionMalignant Ascites1 moreSerosal cavity metastases of malignant tumor seriously affects the quality of life and survival time of patients with cancers in advanced stage. VEGFR1 is frequently expressed in breast cancer, ovarian cancer, lung cancer, gastric cancer and other malignant tumors and their metastases. The VEGFR1/PD-L1 dual-targeting CAR-T will be investigated in cancer patients with serosal cavity metastases.
Efficacy and Safety of Furmonertinib in Patients With EGFR Mutations in Advanced NSCLC With Brain...
FurmonertinibEGFR-mutation2 moreThis study is a a single-arm, single-center, open-label, prospective phase II trial. The aim of this phase II study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of Furmonertinib in patients with EGFR mutation (including 19del or 21L858R or T790M) in advanced NSCLC with brain metastases.
