RATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as oxaliplatin, irinotecan, fluorouracil and leucovorin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Monoclonal antibodies, such as bevacizumab and cetuximab, can block tumor growth in different ways. Some block the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Others find tumor cells and help kill them or carry tumor-killing substances to them. Giving combination chemotherapy together with monoclonal antibody therapy may kill more tumor cells. PURPOSE: This phase II trial is studying how well giving combination chemotherapy together with monoclonal antibody therapy works in treating patients with advanced colorectal cancer with liver metastases or lung metastases that are potentially removable by surgery.

PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying ibandronate to see how well it works compared with zoledronate in treating patients with newly diagnosed bone metastases from breast cancer.

This clinical trial is being done to learn more about how different types of cancer treatments affect cancer cells when they spread to the brain. Many cancer treatments are not able to make their way into the brain or into spinal fluid of the central nervous system. This is because they cannot cross what is called the "blood-brain barrier" or "BBB". The BBB is like a protective shield that only allows certain materials pass through to reach the brain but not others. This study is being initiated to help researchers learn more about what types of cancer treatments make it through the BBB to attack cancer cells within the brain, and what treatments do not make it through the BBB. Learning more about this may help future researchers develop more effective cancer drugs that better fight cancer cells that have spread to the brain.

Objectives: The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of PIK-HER2 cells in the treatment of advanced Her2 high expressed gastric cancer with liver metastasis patients. Methods: This study designs a novel therapy using PIK-HER2 cells. 40 Her2 positive patients with liver metastasis from gastric cancer will be enrolled. They are randomly divided into dendritic cell-precision multiple antigen T cells (DC-PMAT) group and PIK-HER2 cells group. Both DC-PMAT treatment and PIK-HER2 cells treatment will be performed every 3 weeks with a total of three periods. The mail clinical indicators are Progression-Free-Survival and Overall Survival.

1-5 Brain Metastases From Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

The study is a prospective, randomly controlled phase II trial, designed to test the efficacy, safety and neurocognitive outcomes of a medical device, the NovoTTF-100A, in the treatment of NSCLC patients with controlled systemic disease, following optimal standard local treatment for 1-5 brain metastases (BM). The device is an experimental, portable, battery operated device for chronic administration of alternating electric fields (termed TTFields or TTF) to the region of the malignant tumor, by means of surface, insulated electrode arrays.
