Anatomical Location and Metastasis Pattern of Intrapulmonary Lymph Nodes in NSCLC (ECTOP-1010)
CarcinomaNon-small Cell Lung CancerThis is a clinical trial from Eastern Cooperative Thoracic Oncology Project (ECTOP), numbered as ECTOP-1010. Anatomical Location and Metastasis Pattern of Intrapulmonary Lymph Nodes (Group 11-13) in Non-small Cell Lung Cancer: a Multi-center, Prospective observational Clinical Trial
Prospective Validation of a Points Score System Predicting 30-day Survival
Metastatic CancerThis is a one-stage single-arm phase II clinical trial designed to prospectively test the survival prediction tool as developed by Lee et al on patients referred to radiation oncology for palliative treatments. Survival prediction score based on objective data including laboratory values, attendance to emergency room, and primary cancer origin will be assigned to each patient at time of enrollment.
Detection of CTC and ctDNA in the Diagnosis of Metastasis in Gastric Cancer
Stomach NeoplasmsMetastasisTo investigate the value of CTCs and ctDNA in the diagnosis of metastasis in ascites/peritoneal flushing fluid and blood; To investigate the influence of laparoscopic CO2 pneumoperitoneum establishment on peritoneal and hematogenous metastasis of advanced gastric cancer; To explore the influence of the number and type of CTCs and ctDNA on metastasis and prognosis.
Patient-derived Organoids Predicts the Clinical Efficiency of Colorectal Liver Metastasis
Explore the Consistency of Drug Sensitivity Between Primary Colorectal Cancer and Liver MetastasesAccumulating evidence indicates that patient- derived organoids (PDOs) can predict drug responses in the clinic. Metastasis is the main cause of death in colorectal cancer patients, and the treatment of patients with liver metastasis remains poor. Tumor heterogeneity is the cause of treatment failure. In this study, we aim the investigate the consistency of drug sensitivity for the matched primary and metastatic tumor in patients with liver metastasis.
MRI-based Clinico-radiomics Predicting Lymph Node Metastasis Status of Hilar Cholangiocarcinoma...
Hilar CholangiocarcinomaThis is a prospective, observational diagnostic study aiming to assess multiparametric MRI-based clinico-radiomics for identifying lymph node metastasis status in hilar cholangiocarcinoma.
Proof-of-concept Study of Blood Markers of Tumor Dissemination in Patients With Versus Without Intestinal...
Colorectal CancerNeoplasm Metastasis1 moreThe study authors hypothesize that in patients with intestinal polyps, tumor cells could disseminate and circulating factors could be secreted by the polyp. These two parameters could become biomarkers to refine the follow-up of patients and to establish targeted therapeutic strategies.
PET-CT Predicting Segement Specific Lymph Nodes Metastasis
Non Small Cell Lung CancerLymph Node Metastasis1 moreThis study is a multicenter prospective clinical study that aims to evaluate the predictive value of preoperative PET-CT results (such as SUV uptake, size of tumor lymph nodes, and differences in FDG uptake compared to surrounding tissues) for lymph node metastasis in patients with non-small cell lung cancer. During surgery, all patients underwent systematic mediastinal lymph node dissection. The final pathological results were used to assess the predictive value of PET-CT for segment-specific lymph node metastasis.
Triple BRAFinh/MEKinh /antiPD1 Combined Therapy in Patients With BRAF Mutated Melanoma With Central...
Metastatic MelanomaCurrently, therapeutic options in BRAF mutated melanoma with brain metastasis occurring after achievement of a good control of extracerebral secondary lesions by a first line combined targeted therapy (TT) are limited. In this setting, the addition of an anti PD1 agent to TT may be proposed as a second line strategy. This observational survey aims at investigating the benefit/risk ratio of this triple combination in a small cohort of patients.
Deep Learning Signature for Predicting Occult Nodal Metastasis of Clinical N0 Lung Cancer
Non-small Cell Lung CancerThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of a PET/CT-based deep learning signature for predicting occult nodal metastasis of clinical stage N0 non-small cell lung cancer in a multicenter prospective cohort.
